Ein wunderbares Interview. Man merkt seine stets vorhandene Begeisterung für Ghana. Und der Opening-Satz "in Europe we have watches, in Ghana we have time" ist sowas von passend. Ich bin im Oktober gar nicht weit entfernt (in Nsawan) und möglicherweise schaue ich mir diese Anlage bei Aburi gerne an. Grüße aus Germany
Ghanaian environmental minister should promote things like this because you guys have a very beautiful country and what makes it beautiful is the forest so try to preserve it as much as possible . Sénégal
You are speaking to the core of the illusion people in the developing countries have. The illusion I had about the western life has shattered in the past few years. I can’t wait to reach my goals and move back to Africa for good. Thanks for the video, it’s very helpful
Nice hearthed man. Africa has everything to make you feel better. So long as you are not obssessed with materialisme and money mongering. Get something to sustain your life and happy with your entourage.
Thanks Mz Dru, this is wonderful stuff. It’s good that some communities could organise and maintain such tranquility for the residents well-being. Wondering why this could not be replicated elsewhere for the general good.?
This is amazing.. as a Ghanaian realtor, i am visiting the property soon. Very very soon. Kudos to Sir Yaw.. He speaking so well and very friendly. Kudos Mz Dru for this great interview.
Waooooow I'm just speechless, very beautiful estate 😍 soooooooo serene with those rules 😀 I can paa since I love nature soo much, no noise, cutting trees, etc, he is soo wise, hmm living abroad is something else only those who have been here will know the feeling, the deco soo elegant, in all breathtaking 👌🏽🥰😍
Hey Dru amazing interview, Yaw spoke from the heart, nice guy. But at 16:18 during the interview, did I hear someone whisper the question before you saying it? I had to literally turn around, thought someone was playing games on me lol. Please correct that next time in ur interviews, have them write it or something, I believe u know best anyways, apart from that, Great interview. Big ups!!
Nope.. See those hills you see right before you hit the stretch that takes you to the tollbooth? They've pretty much stripped the hillside to built these cookie cutter estates. They're destroying the very thing that makes the hills attractive
Not many are, but I’m on a mission to find them don’t worry, however just because this man is not black in colour doesn’t mean he’s not African he was born here and went to school here….
Who told you one job doesn’t keep you going in abroad? The question is finding a career job. With a degree like Engineering cleaning , you better go back to Ghana. We need to create jobs in Ghana. Lots of untapped farming opportunities etc. Ghanaians need to consider.
@@myAfricanAffairs I was referring to people with Engineering degree not finding their career job but doing cleaning😬 Any Engineering degree can fetch you good paying job anywhere in the world. You just have to find them.
@@MzDruTV what your good friend Yaw said is authentic. Most menial jobs (ie cleaning etc) are mostly for a few hours and not full-time so one needs to up their game to pay their rents, etc, here in the Netherlands. Now, the irony of being an engineer or any professional certificate holder from Africa or any "third world" country working here in the Netherlands is farfetched. First one needed to go to school to learn the dutch language. After that one also have to go to school again to whatever title one has after their name to be able to be employed here with. Yes there are jobs one could do alone (8hrs.) and survive or even "make it". But it's not as simple a b c!
@@Yaovan moving to Ghana next year and really hard finding eco- friendly house plans from contractors or seeing a lot of eco friendly building going on. What is the best way to view the floor plans you all have created and also inquiring about cost of land plots? Thanks
It’s all about being considerate to your neighbours when living in an apartment. We all know certain foods are more pungent then others. So to avoid bothering any neighbours we placed the main kitchen in the outdoors, fresh air, on the roof-top terrace, so as to avoid the smells permeating to other apartments. I didn’t mean to offend anybody.
WHY is this hostess trying to interject herself in everything this man says, EVERYTIME!!! Please somebody explain to her that we are here because were interested in Ghana, not her as claims some point! Why do these bloggers think that they’re fucking celebrities?? This gentleman is doing an excellent job of giving us information, and at every chance she is trying to sidetrack him into a silly little conversation about does he speak the language or not! Is it really too much to ask to focus on the information
Excuse me. You can either watch it, comment something positive or simply click a different video that’s better suited to your liking. What type of nonsense is this ?! It is Mz Dru’s video. If you like, go and interview him yourself and get all the information you need/want. Then come and upload for us to watch and criticise on-top. Kind regards x
Please only drop positive comments, if you watch the video you’ll find out that this gentleman grew up in Ghana majority of his life! I get excited when anyone does good, im too mature to be small minded
