I don't know if I love the Alan Wake franchise because of the Poets, or vice versa. It's all blurry, like the surface of a lake. But then I remembered, it's the balance of both. There is no Alan Wake without the Old Gods, and I would've never found out about the Poets had I not played Alan Wake.
Ayo, this comment is really good! Although Max Payne 2 introduced me to Poets of the Fall- (Late Goodbye) and I had listened most of their works before Alan Wake came out. What i find great is people starting to recognise how great POTF as a band is (and Old Gods of Asgard is balls to walls rock alter-ego of POTF)

Well you are actually right about their being something wrong with it as it is revealed in Alan wakes American nightmare that the old gods of Asgard have in some way been touched by the light due to encounter with the dark presence and that makes them be able to sing like that at an old age
