I’ve been watching reactions for over five years now to Dimash Kudaibergen, but I’ve never had a reactor make me laugh and cry at the same time. We talk about going down the rabbit hole when we discovered Dimash. I see that you have already dug yourself a nice place in that hole. You will get hundreds of requests in the next few weeks and pick up some subscribers of course but that’s not important to you. I believe. What’s important is you have discovered clearly the best singer ever. That is a seven-year-old Performance You just witnessed. Can’t wait for you to see his current things from 2021 through 24. He is humble and grateful to friends, family, and fans . He is known throughout the world, but unfortunately, America is sound asleep right now. But he will make his mark when it is time. He has more awards than you can count around the world. Dozens of concerts in dozens of countries. He turned down a position with the Astana Opera to pursue a music career that crosses most genres from classical, crossover, popera, pop, jazz, rock and r&b. While already known in the CIS countries, Dimash’s global career was kick started on a Chinese show called “I Am Singer” in 2017 with this actual performance of SOS when he was just 22 years old. “Across Endless Dimensions” This is a for a movie soundtrack. From what I’ve read, the Italian producers were thinking they’d need 3 vocalists to sing the theme song. They did an internet search of “best singer in the world” and Dimash was one of the names that popped up. The hired him and soon realized there would be no need for any other vocalist. He could handle all the parts. It is a magnificent song and video. Strangely, it’s an Italian film, but the song is in English. It is sci-fi, and in one of the scenes, you’ll see a character with a steampunk looking mechanical eye. I read the it was our very own, Capt. Kirk, William Shatner. @@OperaJH Regarding languages, at concerts I have heard and seen him sing in seven / Kazakh, Russian, Mandarin, English, French, Italian and Spanish/. He usually adds a song in the language of the country where he is giving a concert, so far I have heard him in - Turkish, Serbian, Ukrainian, Armenian, Japanese and Hungarian dears hope that he will sing a song in their language at the concert tomorrow. . As for instruments other than the ones you listed, I've seen him play guitar and xylophone.
@@denitsavasileva6686 plus, there is clip from a talk show in China where demonstrated singing in several languages where he also did 2 lines from a German song ... since it's a classical piece I think it's fair to assume that he learned the whole song, maybe during his educational years. So this adds up to 14 singing languages 😯 his spoken languages are Kazakh, Russian, and English. Instruments: If I remember a video (look for it) he plays Dombra, piano, drums, a bit of guitar, Marimba, and once was filmed handling a Ukulele... but maybe I'm missing out on some more 😊

I discovered Dimash on youtube seven years ago when his 2017 version of this song on the Chinese talent/reality show, I Am Singer (which you just watched) went viral. He is from Kazakhstan and was already famous there. He was invited to compete along with China's best singers on that show. The one you just watched was one of a number of songs he did on that show. There is no one as talented or creative on the planet. Dimash is a phenomenon who sings in about 15 languages, speaks three of them quite well, plays at least seven instruments perfectly, and creates some of the most amazing music on the planet while using his 7.7 octave voice. Dimash was only 22 here. He's from Kazakhstan. He speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, he's at a conversational level in English and is learning Mandarin. He sings in about 12 or 13 languages, he learns those phonetically.

Welcome to Dimash. Remember this was in 2017. Wait until you see him today as he has only gotten better and better. He sings in many languages while being fluent in his native Qazaq and Russian with English becoming his third of late with a little Mandarin thrown in for good measure. He has no box that you can fit him in, not any one genre etc. He does any genre he wants. He may do opera today, pop opera, rock, rap, blues, jazz, ballads etc etc etc . He can literally do it all including playing multiple instruments, composing, acting etc. No one in the world like Dimash. He has two recent songs, both in English, Smoke, and When I've Got You. Totally different than what you just heard and yes it is live. Dimash sings live better than any artist I have ever seen. Saw him in concert in New York. It was the most incredible experience and top it off with him being extremely humble and respectful.
It is live, and the only reason he came in 2nd is because in China they had rules that only Chinese could win. They didn't think he'd make it past the 1st round. How wrong they were. They changed the rules after him.

FYI, Dimash has been training since he was 5 years old and has several degrees in music, including classical (bel canto), composition and soon to complete his Doctorate in Musicology. He turned down a position with the Astana Opera to pursue a music career that crosses most genres from classical, crossover, popera, pop, jazz, rock and r&b.
While already known in the CIS countries, Dimash’s global career was kick started on a Chinese show called “I Am Singer” in 2017 with this actual performance of SOS when he was just 22 years old. The show was a showcase competition for well known, professional Chinese singers. This was Dimash’s first ever appearance in China and as a wild card entry he didn’t expect to go far. Competing singers performed live on stage each week and the 500 -member music industry audience voted, deciding the outcome of the results in knockout rounds - a gruelling process for competitors and musicians (incredible show btw). As the least known artist Dimash opened the very first episode with this song (which has become his signature song). He won the round and became an overnight sensation in China with something like 600 million views on Hunan TV. Calls about him crashed the switchboard. The next day he required security wherever he went in China.
Dimash will turn 30 in May, is 6’3 tall and has it all - looks, amazing voice and range, versatility, power, stage presence, intelligence. He is a composer and multi-instrumentalist (plays 7 instruments) among many other talents and sings in 15 languages although he is only fluent in his native Kazakh and Russian; his English is good otherwise learns lyrics phonetically. “Across Endless Dimensions” This is a for a movie soundtrack. From what I’ve read, the Italian producers were thinking they’d need 3 vocalists to sing the theme song. They did an internet search of “best singer in the world” and Dimash was one of the names that popped up. The hired him and soon realized there would be no need for any other vocalist. He could handle all the parts. It is a magnificent song and video. Strangely, it’s an Italian film, but the song is in English. It is sci-fi, and in one of the scenes, you’ll see a character with a steampunk looking mechanical eye. I read the it was our very own, Capt. Kirk, William Shatner. This song will take you on a ride!

Most people will describe Dimash as an alien but to compare him to an animal is all ok because he will soon be 30 years old and he's become a performing animal since that S.O.S. performance, for sure. @@OperaJH Regarding languages, at concerts I have heard and seen him sing in seven / Kazakh, Russian, Mandarin, English, French, Italian and Spanish/. He usually adds a song in the language of the country where he is giving a concert, so far I have heard him in - Turkish, Serbian, Ukrainian, Armenian, Japanese and Hungarian dears hope that he will sing a song in their language at the concert tomorrow. . As for instruments other than the ones you listed, I've seen him play guitar and xylophone.

Welcome to Dimash. Remember this was in 2017. Wait until you see him today as he has only gotten better and better. He sings in many languages while being fluent in his native Qazaq and Russian with English becoming his third of late with a little Mandarin thrown in for good measure. He has no box that you can fit him in, not any one genre etc. He does any genre he wants. He may do opera today, pop opera, rock, rap, blues, jazz, ballads etc etc etc . He can literally do it all including playing multiple instruments, composing, acting etc. No one in the world like Dimash. He has two recent songs, both in English, Smoke, and When I've Got You. Totally different than what you just heard and yes it is live. Dimash sings live better than any artist I have ever seen. Saw him in concert in New York. It was the most incredible experience and top it off with him being extremely humble and respectful.

You will continue to be moved and confused by this amazing man! This is one of the hardest French songs to sing, and Dimash does a stellar performance. Dimash sings in about 15+ languages, but can speak Kazakh,and Russian fluently. He is doing much better in English, and is trying to learn Mandarin. After this 1st song on Chinese TV, Dimash needed bodyguards! He came in 2nd in the contest, only because a non Chinese citizen could not win. After 2017, foreign singers could win the competition. Dimash is classically trained, but decided to not sing at the Opera House in his home town. Dimash does neoclassical crossover music, and is a totally independent artist. Dimash has his own company, and his family runs it jointly with Dimash. He may not be well known on the radio, but his DEARs (fan base) come from 60+ countries, and ALL walks of life. Dimash has his Doctorate in Musicology, and a Masters in Composition. He is also an amazing humanitarian. This song is one of the most difficult songs to sing and made Dimash a mega-star overnight in 2017 (The Singer).
The song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' (1978) and is known in the English-speaking world as Tycoon (1995). Music: Michel Berger and Luc Plamondon (French original text). The English adaptation is by Tim Rice.
That's how it all started: In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden at that time. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home.
This competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers and a mega-star was born overnight. The next day bodyguards were at his door and now he is a superstar but without airs... just our Dimash.
The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to RUclips ... and so we became Dimash's Dears.
The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. Won).
