Ive been driving jeeps and other 4 wd simce lasr ,50 years. Thus is the best video ive seen. Zabardast skill & technique. Loved it. Type of tyres play a big role. Loaded or unloaded too will.make a big difference.

2 factors 1) jimny is 5 door n Thar is 2 door .( Along with Tyres.2) Jimny driver is enthusiastic, anxious n less skilled off road.

Good video! Jimny just needs some AT or MT tyres. Thar ke piche ki research ye hai bs ek bada engine laga dete hai itne bde engine ke sath kahi na kahi to chad he jayegi. Design? Jeep ko copy krlo. Jimny on the other hand is practical and capable off roader with proper research and development.

NANO ke size ki hai, wheelbase BUS jaisa hai - European model ka short wheelbase hi uski best advantage hai narrow hilly off road trail par, Safety Rating 2-3 ⭐ ( Indian model ka wheel base aur weight badhane se Rating aur Kharaab hi ho jayegi), aur Price Scorpio Diesel and Xuv700 jitni, heavy GearBox 1.5 Petrol hai to miliage bhi City mein 7-9 bas!
Diesel Engine hota to bhi man lete is price tag ko . Ya ye engine 1.2 turbo Petrol hota to har saal insurance kr hi paise bachte.
Road ke sare , negligible undulations bhi feel hote hain kyuki front beam axle hai, vaise uska articulation best hota hai ( civil engineer can check quality of road , just by driving a Jimny over it...)

Although both the cars have equal length but Thar is much wider than jimny. And plus thar base model is cheaper than jimny. Thar will always be better option than jimny unless you want Mileage. The only plus point of jimny is its mileage nothing else.

Bhai being a grand vitara AWD owner and i have also done a trip to Himachal in snowy roads, i can surely say thay Suzuki really performs, forget about the power figures, their car do what they are made to be done.
A compact SUV with Allgrip and stock tyres (already Mud and Snow rated) performs quite well in challenging roads, i am sure the Allgrip pro 4WD offroader Jimny will do wonders. Add those next level G class kit and proper tyres and you have a stud in your garage.

G wagon kit will come for a few lakhs, with all mods (I dont know how you are able to imagine g wagon kit with stock 🛞) it will be close to 25 lakhs, only a handful of enthusiasts will put in this kind of effort and money
