      He has a contract with Soar, so like Phil and Jack Rowe (also in this race) he wears pro kit for races where you are not required to wear club kit :)

    Well done!! I think the mental side really plays a huge role in hitting those pace goals. We’ve been building an app that helps athletes prepare mentally through guided visualizations and breathing exercises. Would be cool to connect and maybe explore a collab-mind if I send you an email?
