In early March I travelled to Barcelona, Spain to compete as a guest in the under-23 Spanish 10,000m Championships. This was as much a holiday as a chance to run a fast time very early in the season. With recent training/races indicating solid form, I was hopeful I would be able to run under 30 minutes and take down my previous PB of 31:58.

Do you have to be a member to run on this track? I don’t see you running with a group just wondering how I would come down to do a session?
No membership necessary (although you might be able to buy one), can get in for £5. If part of Highgate then obviously you can get in for free on club training nights
