You can add phantom knight with adventure , don't mix pk goblin with adventure engine,you can check in my playlist how we can use phantom knight with adventure engine.
I can't say which one is better as both decks have different style of play,pk with raging dragon is offensive style deck and this version is oppressive,so choose accordingly.
