this was great. i'm just getting my head around how to set this up for myself. at the moment all layers/tracks are al on the keyboard but i want to move to a live looping set up where i record on the fly and do basically what you're doing in the vid. Just working out whether to go down the Ableton live or Logic pro route. quick question tho, looks like you're using the Novation Launchpad Mini to start and stop your loop recordings, which based on the mini mk3 means you can only set up a max of 8 tracks, is that right? and these tracks would need to be configured in Ableton ahead of starting the track. is that a fairly straight forward process to set up?
