Emergency call out to big leak on a boiler. #realworldplumbing Get me to 5000 subscribers!!!! ... HIT THAT RED BUTTON instagram : parkes plumbing Thanks for watching.
It’s is always that nightmare when they ask if they owe you anything....... Well, YEAH! But you end up saying, “na” lol keep up the good work pal. Love ya’
With Viessmann here in the UK always use inhibitor. Mi's are designed and specify no inhibitor. Simply because the water regs in Germany are different. They have little corrosion as their regulations state they can only fill their systems with di-isonised water. They'll tell you the same thing over in their training academy.
Nice one PP , I think we all have had a few Tracey's over the years ( Do i owe you owt.......No dont worry luv... ) The rubber hose nightmare continues , i had a Vaillant pop one a couple of weeks ago and destroy the pcb..... Cheers as always for good content....
There seems to be a big difference between preventive maintenance servicing and safety-check servicing. The same type of fault caused my Viessmann 100 boiler to leak water through the floor of the loft and wet ceilings below. Yes, my boiler had been 'safety-serviced' by a large and reputable company.
Good video keep them coming! 👍🏾 I didn't know viessmanns don't want chemicals in their boilers, how are you meant to stop sludge and corrosion from happening then?
@@ParkesPlumbing what materials are their boilers made from why they don't choose chemicals, I know one engineer. Who uses demineralised water it's not a common practice. But thanks for that information
Good video Tom, access to that boiler was terrible !its the older wb1b so u can’t lift off the door only, they usually split further down,it’s the balloon effect under pressure.wasnt the control panel Pcb wet?
Tracy's freakishly hairy, next time you see her drop her some hair removal cream or better still a lady shave. 🤣 Great stuff as per usual pal👍 On the Viessmann 100 W1's front hose is a doddle. The fun begins on the rear one. 😜
watching you with that knife i was like no waiting for it to slip hoping it wouldn't. plus they are lucky the pcb was alright mostly i go to them and the pcb display is swimming
I have never rated Wiessman boilers mainly due to these hoses and whilst it gives me lots of work it does not reflect well on the manufacturer and also me if I keep going back to replace the same part over and over. I also feel the user interface is poor and the main build of the boiler internals can be overly complicated compared to Vaillant and Worcester. The booklets have countless GC numbers and identifying parts is usually done by individual boiler serial number as opposed to Gc . But they are cheaper for a reason
Help me get to 5000 subs!! Hit that red button for Tracey

Yeh repeat problems doesn’t look good I agree
Customer:Gets a nice boiler installed
Also customer : sod servicing it
Honesttly coudnt make it up
Everytime.
Never knew Viessmann don't want chemicals in their boilers.
So can't you use any inhibitors with their boilers?
Says in their MI you need to fill it only with deionised water ... aka Yorkshire water lol
@@ParkesPlumbing looool
👍
Also the external vessel has no effect on the expansion of hot water in the plate.
Why do the insist on building the boilers in without decent access to remove the cover? Nightmare
For a ‘large house’ that is crazy stoopid boiler install - well for any size house🙄
Was a strange one
Why dont vissman allow for inhibitor to be added? Surely this could have prolonged the life of the hose replaced?
According to this page, you should add inhibitor www.viessmann.co.uk/heating-advice/how-to-install-central-heating
Is that a car engine only its got more Bucking rubber in it than a Austin Allegro
Lol
I wouldn't service that boiler as its inaccessible to take cover of.
The front panel won’t fold down either
some veissmann's are a pain in the arse!
The sludge kills em
I’ve just got back from traceys and funny enough she just said the same thing to me🤔🤔😂
Bet you blocked Tracey's number after that... a Sunday call out too!
She keeps calling from a withheld

Why dont viessman want Inhibitor in boiler?
States in the MI
Could be worse, they shove a fiver in your pocket and think they're golden 🤣
Lol
How did you not rip that case of and throw it across the fucking room when it fell on you?!
If your fixing boiler because of the pipe why wouldn't you have it serviced, 🙄 people dont make sense most of the time 🤔.
Booked in for a later date

You got Tracey's number bro?
