I love the lore about Magic, Gali and Monol from MR1. I'm rewatching the anime right now and this reminded me about the upcoming Monol's Story episode......which could have been called "Monol-ogue"
I'm kinda surprised we didn't get a digimon game that was basically monster rancher. Well there was one on the DS that kinda was like it, Digimon championship, but your digimon had AI that was worse than the 45 guts rule.

I'm sure you've answered this before, but seeing this mod makes me wanna ask whats your opinion on the Hard Mode mod?
Its great, makes the single player game a lot harder and rebalances the techs (to varying degrees of success butnits still fun)
