As a Bears fan the thing that impressed me the most was Calebs principles on working hard over money. To push yourself to greatness you have to find real short term happiness over and over again as you improve and only from that. Happiness can't just come from money, if you're truly great and not meeting your standard you would not give a damn about money or enjoy it, that's the special breed this man is. Im confident he will come to the Bears, they are doing much greater things at a greater level than the competition for him. The coaches they have put together will produce a top 5 defense, wnd and they will make sure there is a strong rush attack to give him the opportunity to translate his college skills to prime time.

Then all those kids at the combine was asked about Caleb and not 1 had anything bad to say. That narrative is kinda wild to bring down this kid. He seems cool

I’d admit I had my doubts about Caleb’s personality, but during the combine, he spoke with media. I thought he was just extremely confident in himself and that he is set on being the best. He seemed mature and he was there supporting his friends and teammates that were at the combine. His actions relieved any doubts I had about his character. I don’t care if he is cocky if he can back it up. You know who else is cocky? Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers. Those are 3 qbs I’d love to of had on my team

@@demmorgan it’s because the media/nfl don’t want the Bears selecting CW at #1. They want the Bears to move off of him. (Green Bay doesn’t want the Bears having CW)
yeah he is a bit cocky but u need someone like that at QB, that cockiness to believe you are never out of the game and the balls to attempt the craziest plays. also, he doesnt seem to be cocky/confident in a way that overcompensates. he just looks natural. "smooth" if u will.
He has such a good head on his shoulders.

@@trout2212you Bears fan love mediocre QBs. JF had 16tds of which 8 came in 2 games. The rest of the year he was throwing either 1 or none. Literally is the worst statistically 4th qtr qb in the league for starters. It’s been 3 years and he elevates NOBODY but himself as a runner. It’s fun watching him but he isn’t the reason why they win and definitely doesn’t come from

Caleb has an awesome personality all around. This is cool to hear him talk like this. For me as a Bears fan and Michigan fan that was so cool to hear him say he would work out with Blake Korum all the time. I've already been wanting the bears to draft Korum also and after hearing this please Poles go get Korum also. Seriously Caleb we are so pumped to have you in Chicago!

He raised his hand when one of the hosts was like “who runs college football?” He calls himself Superman. He’s talented, but he’s not humble. Honestly I hope the losses this season humbled him. there's so much bs out there about this kid. completely opposite to what this interview showed. he's going to succeed in chicago if they draft him. it's the best situation for a rookie qb. they have a ton of cap space where they can get some interior line help and the #9 pick to potentially grab another weapon to pair with dj moore and cole kmet.

Other than the Heisman Trophy Williams didn't win any Championships or participate in college National Championship games. The hyping of Caleb Williams has been criminal. Hopefully, he will get with the right system like CJ Stroud and be successful in NFL. Because no one knows how Williams will perform in a structured NFL offense. Perhaps Lincoln Riley will get a NFL HC job.

Jordan Palmer ... I always thought he had potential to be as good as his brother. I was happy when he came to Tennessee in like 2014 or 2015 but he never got a chance to showcase his talents. There's only 32 teams and so many quarterback positions available, it comes down to being lucky enough to get a chance to get on the field. I mean he was better than 80% of backups who got snaps in games.
