Bethesda needs to look at how destiny does legendary farming. Nightfalls, strikes have a smaller loot pool which people would farm for their ideal build and Bethesda could apply that to double mutation events. They add new weapons to the game it dilutes the odds for certain rolls. I think it would help the players and people would actually do events more.
That's a top 3 bow in my book Wiggle, great pull! I'd only rate the AA 50c 25 and AA 50c 15 higher and only because of the slightly better damage on bosses or for full health. Less AP is really nice IMO for the times you need to run away, because you may be in VATS for a very long time stringing consecutive hits. Gun Fu is so good with bows. Nice visit to Mumbles this go-around!
So since you’ve now gotten two of that exact same god roll Assault rifle you have an “Unbreakable” set you break one and the other will never lose condition if the purveyor counts as not rolling weapons
That ghoul slayer’s flamer that you got on your second purchase could be okay for Rad Rumble, if you don’t care about xp farming. You could kill ghouls easily and also do some healing to the npc’s with friendly fire
This game really needs more attachments to modify guns enough to fit the legendaries better. For example more spiky bits and close range mods so brawling ine close quarters with a heavy weapons make sense
The stealth field effect is awesome when you are in a group of super mutants and need to reload. Its great that they all lose interest at the same time and give me a few seconds to reload.
In my experience... It's stronger and you will get more one-shot kills on tankier enemies, but it's significantly slower and in events especially you'll miss out on tagging XP as a result. You'd think that the answer is to carry both, but honestly the bow is such a rhythm weapon and I fund myself misfiring with one or the other when I do that. I really prefer recurves and only use those now, but have the luxury of a lot to choose from of both types. You can make either work and won't feel weak with a good recurve.
Compound does slightly more damage but requires the shots to be charged for full damage. No idea how long the charge needs to be since it's hidden. I think the bow is better because you get full damage as soon as you can shoot. The compound bow doesn't give you enough extra damage to make up for the slower fire rate.
Now imagine, you spent 2500 leg script, to get one weapon, and now realize the time spent to get 2500 scrips, this system is so bad, and weapons legendary effects needs badly a rework, those damage to are just here to dilute the loot pool of effects.

Quad Laser is pretty good. Equip tenderiser and add a scatter laser barrel and they are really nice

I could see stealth field being decent if it was buffed to like 5 seconds. 2 is just too short
I think they should make stealth field more viable by applying an affect that can make enemies lose aggro from ya as it procs.
I dont know about normal pvp but if the player has a wanted level vats most deffinately works
