Start with some simple k-pop choreographies even I am a beginner....my first k-pop dance was ddu du ddu du (blackpink)...you can start with any dance and watch tutorials by #susiemeoww ....and with regular practice.... you'll master it👍...this was all i could tell cuz even I am a beginner as soon I'll get to know some new things I'll comment here ASAP🙂🙃
I began recently too, and I can recommend starting with songs with less details, watching a lot of dances before you learn them and practicing whenever you can. Dances that are not easy in my opinion but not extremely hard are TT by Twice, Babe by HyunA and Likey by Twice. I still find those dances challenging but its okay - its all about the journey as Susie once said.

(Some with my best friend!) but yes just like everyone said, start off with easy choreography. I started off with Bts and Blackpink. Bts-Gogo, is one of the first dances I learned, Blackpink-ddu-du-ddu, is the first dance I learned by them, and it helpful, and Blackpink-boombayah, this dance might be a little hard, but it helps!
Please please the clock before “out of control” you’re doing it wrong! It’s a clock that ticks the hours basically, chae does it wrong too but the arm that doesn’t move is supposed to be vertical to the ground, the one that ticks the hours goes from being horizontal! (It ticks the hours of 9, 10 and 11) If you watch the mv, jeongyeon does it correctly !:) it’s my biggest pet peeve for this choreo and I don’t get why no one told chae that she wasn’t doing it properly hahaha

The only thing that you need is practice then you’ll be able to dance it as TWICE

I also had this problem of breathing because its so fast i will give you a tip that practice this dance slowly and then do it. Im sure it will help.
