    PH is beautiful. I haven’t been there in 15 years. I might consider moving there in the future after watching this video. Greetings from Houston, TX

    Yes o your video is helping because I'm thinking of relocating back to Port-harcourt from Lagos. I was weighing all these things you said and you have just confirmed my suspicion

    Ph is not much but dem dey try. I had never really thought about roads and traffic until I left ph. Lagos is stressing me out. In my opinion I'd say ph has better public services than Lagos whereas Lagos has better private sector. I feel like private services in ph lacks certain standards. I also feel like any reasonable person would choose to stay in a place with good public service

    In Port Harcourt GRA Phases 1,2 & 3 you can get a very nice looking luxury 2 bedroom flat for 1.2 million. This are some of the most upscale neighbourhoods in PH. In Lagos, that would get you an old 1 - 2 bedroom flat in places like Akoka, Yaba, Somolu, Gbagada etc. Basic working class neighbourhoods.

    Nigeria just need good government. Let's develop more cities. Benin, Calabar, Warri, Owerri, Asaba, Ibadon . These cities have very good potential but terrible government. If you want the population of Lagos to reduce, build other cities.

    A single person with no other responsibilities can live extremely comfortable in Port Harcourt on a ₦200k salary.
    In Lagos, you're on God abeg o.
    I believe only clothing items are considerably cheaper comparatively.
    Electricity supply is generally better in Lagos. Many or permit me to say most places in Lagos typically have power throughout the day.

      @@masterpnk3717 Lagos, Delta, Calabar, Port Harcourt sea ports are functional. The difference with Onne is that it’s not a deep sea port for large ships. You say goodbye lasgidi like that’s the only means revenue is generated in Lagos. Major markets were closed for weeks in Lagos and nothing was affected was what’s the debate here. Google is your friend as regards functional sea ports in Nigeria and like I said the difference is deep sea.

      @@jummymadukanope, ur very much mistaken,. Port Harcourt port only services oil, and oil industry alone.....that's that's why portharcourt is the head quarters for the oil and gas industry in the country ....Lagos port on d other hand services other range of industries and that's why Lagos is a commercial hub....now, another source of revenue u see or know in Lagos is and only become possible as a result of Lagos port portfolio ....and thats why it became a priority to build another port in lekki still in Lagos, to candle commercia cargo...go look what happened to togolese economy ever since the apapa port got filled and togalese port became the new port for Nigerian commercial activities ....I tell u,. Give portharcourt a working commercial seaport and bye to Lagos

    • @jummymaduka
      @jummymaduka  Год назад +2

      @@masterpnk3717 not true. Do further research. You said bye to Lagos as if sea port is only where they generate money from. Those benefiting most from the ports are traders importing goods and their main market is Lagos cos of the population which is as a result of friendly environment. Outside trade, Lagos is home to many others businesses, entertainment, career etc stop limiting Lagos to only trade and sea port when most states don’t do half of what Lagos does in that regard. What you people don’t always understand is nature aborts vacuum and anywhere people leave will be preoccupied by other investments and silent goal getters. Using Ghana as example., Igbo traders were chased out of circle (phone and laptop market) some years back cos of trade dispute.. guess what- the market is still fully operational and Ghanaians have taken over everywhere so don’t always think people are not thinking of the same business you’re doing and can even do it better. I’m sure they felt leaving the market will make Ghana and Ghanaians lose economically but instead the market is fully operational and Ghanaians are the major traders there now. That mentality of bye to Lagos is wrong cos people will choose where they are safer, friendly economy, business viability to any other thing,

    Correction: Just like it is in PH, that kind of booli with fish & stew is available in Lagos and else where in Nigeria. Possibly, even the elevation from just with groundnuts started in Lagos. So, be careful hw U make such presentations. Where U don't know, don't generalize.
    Since U now live in Ghana, why don't U make a video about the cost of living in the two countries ie. Ghana & Naija🤷🏾 Abi u've already done it? Thank U for this video. 👍🏾
