    I m 35...have worked put till 33...2 years gap now just started for the past 3 months....starting from scratch....but just 2 years of inactive have damaged hormones level...now it's getting on track...but how long will it take to get back om track

    @BigleeTamil .anna na construction work la hard work pannuren anna .na morning 6 clock 2 whole egg, 1 banana,50 g oats, 250 ml milk,10 padam,2 peritcham palam,
    Brake fast la 5 egg white with rice anna,
    11 clock 50 gram peanut
    1 clock lunch la 100 gram chicken with rice
    Pre workout la 3 egg white,4 bread with peanut butter anna
    Post workout la 3 egg white,1 banana, 1 scoop whey protein with 250 ml milk, dinner only rice and vegetables anna.ithu pothuma anna.pleasee sollunka.illa koodathala venuma sappadu
