    It's interesting how seeing two edges of the cooling rack can make the cutting board (cheese board maybe?) underneath seem infinite by contrast.

    Love the video but maybe you should show the light as you add the light shaping blocks reflectors defusers. This way your viewers see in real time

      Looks like a Rotolight (LED) on the left; the device on the right is a light meter.
