These "Premieres" you are now doing, Martin, are excellent in that you are then able to directly connect with technical questions as they are asked by other electronic music explorers. Good decision on your part. (plus, you get to sit back and watch while brushing Neptun. Double smart! 😸 )
Hallo Martin, konnte mir deine "Neues" erst heute anhören. Aber erst noch meine Gratulation zum Erfolg bei Schallwende/Schallwelle - Großartig. Ist mal wieder eine gelungene Performance von dir. Tolle spacige Sounds in einem feinem Fluß
Hi Martin, excellent performance as usual. I checked your studio and gear list on your website but could not find info regarding your modular set. I am intrigued to learn more about the modules in your rack. As you do not invest in inferior studio gear, it would be great to learn from the master directly. Thanks for this great live series!
As this is asked a lot, I should do a livestream on my modular system! But I use it only for synthesizer sounds, which could also be done with other gear, so you will probably be disappointed.
This is part of the learning experience for the community. It could very well be the case that we need to be cognizant of gear acquisition syndrome and have a better understanding of alternatives to the modular approach of synthesis. I certainly welcome such a video. Thanks for taking it into consideration. I am an Iridium owner, so I already have access to a special synthesizer.
Neptun lol just wanted some much needed attention. Sorry I missed this live. I’m enjoying it with my headphones on and I can’t stop thinking just how a symphony of this were played by the Philharmonic Lor other and what instruments were used
Hi Martin, i hope you could answer this question about the iridium split modes. I want to use the Iridium with midi channel 1 and 2, and also split the 3 osciallators over the keyboard -i.e. use drum samples in the higher registers, to get it to play percussion sample chains over the two other oscialltors -The question is : is keyboard split note per midi channel possible?
So.. I have the Kronos.. and I have the cat.. who has learnt NOT to walk on keyboards.. but will dominate the mouse mat.. I'm chasing ya down the road..
And The Cat pays attention in all his human movements and his equipment´s parameters and configuration, in order to replace him when he is not available.
Wonderful set as usual Martin, thank you so much for all you do. Question about your setup - looks like you switched from your Push 3 to a Launchpad or similar, is that because of the problems with Push that you discussed previously? Apologies if you've already answered this elsewhere
No need to apologize! I moved from Ableton to Bitwig and I also sold the Push. I am now controlling Bitwig the Midi Fighter Twister and the Launchpad X.
This part was indeed very much improvised. I prepared the first two sounds but you can then see how I load a new sound into the Moog Sub 37 and the Matriarch. The notes were all played live and looped with a midi clip in Bitwig.
I must admit that I am very jealous of your studio cat. I have three wonderful cow kitties like yours, but none of them care for assisting me in my studio at all. Is your cat attracted to warmth at the top of your rack with the lava lamp?
Das ist ein Oberheim Xpander. Schau bitte nicht nach, was der kostet. Ich habe ihn zum Glück für weniger als den heutigen etwas überzogenen Marktpreis bekommen.
Multitasking between cat maintenance and live performance is truly an impressive skill
Amazing set, and I enjoyed Neptune's contributions 😄
Brushing his cat live is the best! Lovely music, thank you!
Simply beautiful. An hour full of soothing sounds and space.
This is - as usual - a wonderful musical experience. It's also hilarious watching Neptun try to sabotage every moment too 🤣
Hope this is on Bandcamp soon. Great set.
Neptune was amazing as always. Martin was also good.
Downloadable/buyable version required! This is sooo wondeful...thank you...
soon! I need to catch up with my upcoming live performances, but I will record everything.
Smooth. Smart. Beautiful. Fantastic. Go on this way! Greetings from Düsseldorf!
Underrated excellence.
Mal wieder superschön, danke! Eine sehr atmosphärische musikalische Reise voller wunderbarer Momente.
Everything just wonderful, but minute 8... simply made my day! :D

It's nice to see you again 🖤 Awesome 🖤
A deep ocean of tranquil flowing sounds, amazing as always. Neptun was probably thinking "Hey dad, how did you make that sound?!"
Internal motion caused by your tracks is worth to live Martin. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Your cat is also a good musician, he is learning well. 🙃👍💖 thank you for your music 🌟🌟🌟
No you got that wrong. Of course Martin is Neptunes student and learning well 😂

Part 5 is tremendous

I too have a Kitty Cat that Loves to help me play my Music lol
Where is the Ableton Push 3? I see the Novation Launchpad though
Nice! Your cat is in a different universe.

Wieder mal ein Ohrenschmaus lieber @Martin
Cute cat.
Part 5 is absolutely beautiful! 😻 Is that all improv or do you have bigwig playing as well on that part?
This part was indeed very much improvised. I prepared the first two sounds but you can then see how I load a new sound into the Moog Sub 37 and the Matriarch. The notes were all played live and looped with a midi clip in Bitwig.
Cat is command of the ship i suppose 😸
I use the same Arturia midi keyboard but without a cat

I'm sorry I couldnt make it we had an emergency here...I am watching now
Oh I hope, that everything is well!
Our Refrigerator broke down again, we just had it fixed on wednesday and its not working again uggh 🤬 @@MartinStuertzer
If you feed Neptune a bit more, he might make a good bass absorber. 😅
Нептун, привет!
Не плохая симфония
I wonder what happens when the cat steps on the keyboard lol
I must admit that I am very jealous of your studio cat. I have three wonderful cow kitties like yours, but none of them care for assisting me in my studio at all. Is your cat attracted to warmth at the top of your rack with the lava lamp?
The rack is popular place, but Neptun likes to stay at the piano as well, which does not emit heat. He probably feels safe when he is close to me.
How strong is Neptune's influence on music? Would it be different if he wasn't there?
Of course! He is always sitting somewhere next to me when I am in the studio and gives me much comfort. I hope he enjoys it as well.
My cat does the same
22.06 To 42.31 all track name and when would be released on album sir?
The track is not yet released, but I am going to record it for an upcoming album.
@@MartinStuertzer ok sir, Thanks!
@@MartinStuertzer I really like Part 3! Excellent focused work atmo ;)

You realize we tune in to watch the cat, right?
for what is the M?
I have a question. Did you record the speaker sound directly? Or did you synchronize the recording on your computer with the video?
