- In this video we hop on the ferry back to the main land, and decided to cross BC to see the interior towns in winter conditions. The weather went from warm to cold, to warm again and wet to dry to snow to wet. You never know what Spring in BC will bring.

The milk story reminds me of when I was a kid! I was born in ‘86, and am the oldest of four kids! Whenever I was thirsty I would drink milk, not water or soft drinks! My mom was always on my case, bec water was free, and a container of milk was getting more expensive every year, but I hated it lol! Im turning 38 this year, and I still prefer milk over water, sodas, beer, etc etc!

Haha our childhoods had that in common. Mom always complaining about how much milk she has to buy. And I say it’s a healthier beverage than beer! If you have to be addicted to something, good grass fed whole milk is not a bad option!
Noooo I hate to hear that. I used to buy the Tasmanian brands but really the only option left is to get your own cow. A man can dream haha

Working on it! Since we just became Canadian citizens, the passport thing is a bit messy at the moment so we can’t travel until new passports arrive etc.

Crocs or cheap copies are underrated for convenience and comfort. Although I’m not sure about wearing them in snow 😂

Can only imagine the cost of an apartment overlooking the bay. Didn't see your motorcycle on the back of your RV; or did you take it off to drive back up onto the roadway? Will definitely continue to spread the word about your channel. Great content-positive vibes. I know the reality that every day on the road isn't "peaches & ice-cream" but everyday doesn't have to be "dark, negative & crappy" either. That's what's great about your channel. The city was Vancouver. It’s a beautiful place to live, especially when the summers roll around. But the cost of living is the second highest in the world behind Hong Kong, so unfortunately unaffordable for the average Randall haha I left my bike in storage for the trip into the interior. There’s a lot of salt on the roads out here that will really mess up and corrode it, so I thought better to store my baby for this trip.
Also I knew someone would notice the bike being gone haha you are very observant.

When younger Randall and Esther were travelling the world, we stopped in Canada for a while and the roots started growing fast. Went back to Aus and spent two years working on getting the right visa to move back. Been here 7 years now!

Yeah snow driving in an RV can be a bit sketchy. I do enjoy it in a 4x4 though!
Some epic scenery, some beautiful vintage van shots. Older vans are so much cooler…. By a country mile. Scotland is like a mini Canada, you should come over!
Yeah the older vans have all the character and charm. A soul even. Scotland is on the dream list of places to visit

Good question! I’m 6’4 and can stand up easy. Sleeping is a bit tight but after a month I was so into it, now I sleep so well up there in the dark little cave. Esther is 5’5 and she hits her head more than me haha I guess it’s not about the size, but how much spatial awareness you have.
I want to be a bum! lol…I’ve been eyeing a VW bus👀
You’ll only know if you try…. It’s a slippery slope though, you’ll start to question how to do this forever!

How do you keep your water tank from freezing up? Not to mention the Gray water And? the black water.
Good question. The water tank is inside the build, and the diesel heater sits right next to it to keep warm. Grey water is also inside under the sink. Black water is below but somehow we’ve gotten away with it not freezing.
