The thing is, all you need is a decent projector /webcam to do this. That and some programming experience. Tracking / projector software is already out there and opensource. You could probably design the software yourself with minimum experience as a side project in 5 months.
@patcon96 I wasn't saying that they were using ridiculously expensive projectors, they are using the ones the school already has set up in classrooms. I would guess those are around 2-4k. What I was getting at is that you can get a projector for cheap, like 500 for some models, and set it up to do something like this if you really wanted a cheapo version for yourself. If all you're showing are SFX, the resolution doesn't need to be all that great. And what pool table costs 120k, and why?!
If I had a spare $200K and a big enough space, I'd definitely get one of these bad boys. Without the corporate logo, of course. I wish I knew of a poolhall that had one of these tables. I'd definitely play a game or two on it.
no bowling under disco lights and black lights is fun as a casual game with friends that's the idea behind this, they're not going to market it to professional pool players, just people that like eye catching effects

It's in a human being's best interest to appear successful in order to attract a male, or female, in your case. To show their wealth they buy unique, maybe slightly crazy, items so they stand out from the crowd and basically the more successful a person is, the more choice they have in mating

nope. The table is just a standard table with white felt. If you look you can see that the animations are projected, top down, onto the table.
