That’s not a “tight ship”, that’s being inhumane. First of all, a “jail” is a place where people ACCUSED of crimes awaiting trial, people convicted of misdemeanors or those to be shipped off to actual prison.
When you take someone into custody, you are accepting responsibility for their well-being. A moral society treats its prisoners humanely.

He was convicted of Criminal contempt of court for racially profiling. My ex was pulled over 5 times in our relationship for simply being brown and he is Native American.

I lived in Arizona for half my life and Joe is evil. This guy is responsible for so many bad thing's you have no idea.

This can be attributed to the concerns expressed by women and families within the Hispanic or Mexican community regarding issues such as trafficking and drug-related activities. Consequently, the communities residing in these border regions tend to align themselves with the right due to the left not recognizing the issue. But there is a call for them to come and cause more chaos.

I lived in a small town in Arizona and they have this shit call PANT (Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking) ran by the local police and it's BRUTAL! Straight up swat teams busting down doors for weed before it was legalized.
It was insane to see it.

This isn’t “prison”. It’s jail. A large percentage of inmates are awaiting trial, meaning they are presumed innocent while in there. I don’t think that intentionally making life difficult (not the same as making life easy or fun) on people who are in your care is very moral
