#36 Halal Gyoza (Japanese Chicken Dumpling) ハラル餃子 / Nur Maki's Kitchen

Assalamualaikum!
Today, I made halal chicken gyoza.
Gyoza is a dumpling filled with ground meat and vegetables wrapped with a thin skin was adopted to Japanese cuisine from China.
★Ingredients
[Gyoza around 25 pieces]
・Minced chicken ... 250g
・Cabbage ... 150g
・Chinese chives ... 50g
・Garlic ... 1-2 cloves
・Grated ginger ... 1 tsp
・Salt ... 1 tbsp
・Halal soy sauce ... 1 tbsp
・Dumpling Skin ... 25 pieces
・Water ... 100ml
・Sesame oil ... 1 tsp
(Gyoza sauce)
・Halal soy sauce ... 1/2 tbsp
・Vinegar ... 1/2 tbsp
・Chili oil or sesame oil (optional)
