Dante Red is fighting is alter ego (himself) Eric Doa, Eric first started as dante in the hyperpop community with lieu,dollywood(p4rkr), ways, angelus and alot more. this album is Erics last time being with "dante" proving that he is leaving the hyperpop community with the track "finale w/ ericdoa" they argue and fight in this son which is really Eric abandoing his old self and dante isnt cool with it. They end up getting along at the end of the song which is very heartwarming and kind but since Eric wants to grow as an artist he is dropping the title Dante. He claims he is abandoning everything in his old life because he gained some popularity with his album with "glaive" so he is changing his style. In this album Dante makes 3 songs with majorly known hyperpop influence-rs such as SEBII and pitfall which both having a unique style and genre. In the first song of the album " D.A.N.T.E (glasear)" he mentions the song that started his carrer which is "moving like a zombie" and he continues to call Eric a poser and a fake. In the 2nd song " murderers w/ pitfall (glasear + kimj + fortuneswan) " its a very angry and gives off a " kill or be killed" type of vibe some firey blaze in his voice really gives off the mood that he is pissed at Eric and even disses him saying he looks like Eric Cartmen. In the 3rd song dropoff (vvspipes + ericdoa + sawce) we can hear dante's signature producer tag "Hi im Dante!" in this song exclusively it feels like Dante and Eric are having an altercation and Dante even says Eric ditched all of his friends because he made some money. It feels Dante is sad in this song and mad at the same time. Kind of a frustrated vibe from this song he even calls him a buisness man and rips a crazy guitar solo. In the 4th song
" UDontWantToDie (w/ SEBii + Fraxiom) (glasear + 1chai)" it feels like Dante is trying to forgive Eric but he is also having second thoughts about this, SEBII goes on to say they have choppers that never miss kind of threatening Eric. In the begging of "finale w/ ericdoa" Eric and Dante are talking about how Dante has been there from the start and hes pissed that Eric is dropping him (his persona/alter ego). They kind of argue in this song and Dante says that without him Eric would be nothing. They say they loved each other and that they would never switch up on each other and Dante is almost crying because he feels like he is getting left behind. Dante feels with Eric things are better. But Eric thinks its the complete opposite. And Dante says he will forever be there for him and wishes him a good life even. He goes on and says history repeats itself so he will see him again. After that song some angelic symphony is played which to me represents Dante fading away...forever
this album really broke my heart because i was in love with Dante and Eric's chemistry and it reminded me of my own breakups with friends. Aggressive at first but then at the end you regret it all and feel empty inside. Dante Red will be missed but never forgotten.
i relate to you so bad, i'm so glad there's others who feel the same, let our minds lead us to a good life i hope
One thing tho-
Dante said history will repeat itself, and he'll come back. So he's not fading away forever. And if Dante is reading this, you made the dopest shit ever. Pls don't quit this shit now.

@@nyght7641 Im just gonna tell you what some one else named beptile commented but Dante red was a project by ericdoa and when ericdoa signed with a label he had to retire dante red as a project, which led to the song finale.
