Allegri is a better and more modern coach than Ancelotti and Mancini. As an Inter fan I am proud of Mancini's recent success with the Azzurri, but apart from that he didn't really stand out in the previous years. Winning a title in EPL is obviously a big achievement regardless of the circumstances, but most of his trophies outside of that come from an era, where he was couching the strongest team with very little competition, and even then there were times he struggled, especially in the ECL. Same for Ancelotti, was great with Milan, did okay at RM, but after that, just downhill, and doesn't seem like he can cope with the new ways of football.
Allegri won The Serie A with Milan prior to which he was coaching Cagliari. Was very close to defending the title with Milan (if not for some controversial refereeing vs Juve). He also managed to do reasonably well in ECL with a very mediocre and declining Milan side. After at Juve he won almost everything that was possible in Italy (apart from a few Coppas, or Super Coppas), and reached the ECL final on two occasion with some very clean football in the knockout stages.
It's too early to write down Juventus after two matches. Don't forget Allegri was out of coaching for 2 years, it will take some time to adjust himself. Regardless he is a great coach, I would even say the best active Italian coach atm. There is a reason why he was the 1st name to consider for Inter as well after Conte left.
Luckily S. Inzaghi is also in the top modern Italian coaches, having been overperforming with a very limited Lazio side for years, and hopefully he will be able to do great with a stronger, title defending Inter side, despite the recent changes in the squad.
