It has taking me a few months of watching your videos , to acquire all the beads and supplies needed. I am finally ready to start. It has been my dream to be able to do this kind of embroidery, since I saw my grandmother doing it, when I was a little girl. Finally, now 77 yrs old, I will be able to create something beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise. All my gratitude.

How fabulous that I have found you after searching for classes on both tambour and aari work. I am ready to set up my frame and start working through your tutorials. Thank you so much for sharing all of your skill with us. May I ask, can you share the type and size of the beads, sequins and threads we should purchase for these exercises. Do you have an online store?
Thanks again. You have such a beautiful voice to listen to. Marysia.
Good work
Thank you for tutorial
Hi where do I buy the punch needle and what’s the name please
Thank you for the great tutorial..From both methods I think I like Indian method. Its gives more flexiblity to add different beads as desired and also you can see what you are working with. Cant wait to try this.
Thank you, my dear, for your kind comments)) Please do not hesitate to contact me for any assistance and at any time)

thank you very useful tutorial. where can i get the needle used?
😍😍😍😍👏👏👏👏👏
I have Ben looking everywhere on the net to find how to do do Luneville or Tambour instructions but with little success. Who would have thought that it was right here for free on RUclips. Thank you so very much for taking the time to do this. Can you please tell me a good place to buy sequins and beads and fabric to do this? I would be so thankful.
Hi Sheryl! Thank you for comments - I was thinking how to make Luneville affordable for a larger amount of people guessing that RUclips may catch the right public. Soon I will separate all videos via channels, thus, there will be less confusion between them.
With regards to the materials - it depends on your location. I used to buy in France - www.broderieplaisir.com. I am also sure there will be a lot via ebay, amazon, aliexpress or so. However I strongly recommend you making sure you are buying the right hook since in the US they often sell Indian version (with the large thick needle of the hook), but we need the French one (with a small needle). The fabric you may find in any local store - you need soft chiffon or silk - do not purchase anything too expensive at the beginning, start from the middle price and increase the quality of your materials with experience..
If you wish I can send you a full list of online stores operating in Europe via e-mail since it is a picture with the handwriting))
Wish you all the success and pleasure with your first steps!

Hermoso trabajo gracias x enseñar como se realiza gracias
What material can you use doing this technique?
Very good
thank you so much
This is really great work...First time seeing this..what kind of needles did you use
Hello Sharon! Thank you for your comments) This is the tambour hook, that we also call luneville hook and it is supplied with the various thickness needles that are from very very thin and can fit the smallest beads to the larger needles for the thicker fabrics.
Hi, what do you call the “net” you used as base?
It’s organza. Most likely silk, which is naturally strong.
😍This is "Aari work" 🤗
Can i ask what type of fabric is typically use for this specifically those sheer ones?
Tulle
Loved it! Just one question, is there a specific reason why you can put the beads in the "right" or "wrong" side of the fabric? It's just I've seen videos where they put the beads from underneath and others from the top and it's not quite clear if there is a difference. Thanks! Great video.
Hello Cris)) thank you for your questions!
The major reason is that sometimes you may have very complicated patterns where you need to use various colors or sizes of the beads\sequins and it would be too difficult to embroider from the underneath - this is why it is good to practice both methods on the simpliest pattern first...
@@slautaschool Thanks so much! I'll have to try both then, haha.
❤
This film is telling us what to do on top of the fabric but not underneath. How many times are you going around the needle underneath?
Lovely work and the best demonstration. I have seen so many other people doing and giving the instructions but trust me you beat them all. I love this work and tried to learn it but never got it right. The needles which are sold here in U.S.A. have a flap over the needle which gets caught up in the fine cloth. Where can I purchase this needle and what number plus I saw your needle moves both sides but the one l have turns only on one side. I am prescribing too as some thing inside is telling me I will be able to learn from you. Will you guide me..... please. Thanks ❤️
Hello Tabassum! Thank you for your warm words))Certainly, I will help you: you may find those needles and hooks here: www.broderieplaisir.com/en/tools-and-haberdashery/frames-and-luneville-hook.html
How can I buy this needle ? Is there any online website to buy this needle?
Donde lo consigo quiero comprar .
Tankyo 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍😍
hi thank you for these amazing classes..... i would like to know.... for the french method do you feed the bead in the needle or you feed the bead and hook the thread after the bead....it's not very clear
Thank you, Sarah, for your question: I supply a bead (I do not put the needle of the hook thru this bead) and bind it. This is similar to crochet. Try to watch some more videos, you will understand the principle better))

My needle hooks me a lot on the fabric. what am I doing wrong? Thank you
Вытаскивая иглу, не забывайте оттягивать ткань в противоположную от крючка (зазубринки на игле) сторону. Так Вы увеличите пространство для прохода иглы и не будете цепляться крючком за ткань.
