Reminds me of my neighbor's and I. I have one on each side of my house and I do the same thing as this guy and so have my elderly neighbors. One is 79 and the other one is 84 and the older one had me help him with his two days ago and he broke his in just like the one in the video except for my neighbor ran his for 20+ minutes from 1800 to 2400 and the only difference was he had me bring him a 445/65R22.5 tire to put underneath it just in case it felt off.
I'll be bringing a dormant 1972 307 chevy lay with 52k miles on it and it's not been started since 1987. I might go with a little bit more safety gear....such as flip flops and a loose baggy shirt and a blunt with Roy Orbonson on the speaker and two chains on the engine hoist instead of one.

That’s exactly how I start my truck every day 😂 i use a small wire to jump the starter with the positive on the battery
