Be still my beating heart.True story and confession. Phil Harding's legs once again, which bring back such sweet memories to this 70 year old Montana woman. Several winters ago, during a blizzard, I watched a Time Team episode on my laptop and there was Phil, and his handsome legs. I have never, ever paid attention to a man's legs before in my life; quite the intellectual/humor attracted woman that I am. I don't know what overcame me but all of a sudden my body was completely on fire and I was sweating to beat the band. It caused me to rush outside onto my balcony, gripping the iron railing and face into the snow blowing sideways to cool down. I look back fondly at those moments, as the last time a man lit my fire. God bless you and thank you, Phil Harding. What a great way to go out!

I love seeing these early shows. They are all so young! Love Tony in the first Blackadder series. It was so much more funny when Baldrick was the smart one and Blackadder the buffoon.
This is such an outstanding show. These archaeologists often discuss what they call “relatively” small windows of time that span 300-500 years, which to this yankee are mind boggling considering that they are talking about a period of time that is greater than the entire age of my country !
I’m always amazed at how much digging, analysis, and structural discoveries you folks achieve in such short time. And managed to make and enjoy a Roman feast to boot.

@@paulhayton3423 That is a very different Phil Harding. The one in Time Team has always been an archeologist and was born in 1950. The producer Phil Harding was born in 1957. But I can understand how the two could be confused with one another.
