So how’s it holding up?

Hi there! It’s holding up very well! I plan to post a video of how my cat has responded to the feeder and the pros and cons Saturday.
So far I love it, the feeding portions are customizable. And the timing schedule is reliable. The only thing I’ve noticed is when the food does come out of the shoot and there is still plenty food in the bowl I may need to take my finger and push the previously dispensed food down into the dispenser bowl.
Super easy to take apart and clean, I also use different desiccant pouches instead of the PetSnowy to keep the food fresh.

Why does i need baatteries and the 120v? Batteru back up?

Typically in case the batteries run out, or the opposite, power is out.
