    It's not "fake" unless you claim to be a diamond. It's a real gem, just not a diamond.

    When your ring gets stolen, the differences between a Real Diamond vs Lab Created is ‘OMG, $10k gone, heart breaking vs it’s all good, $100, relaxation’.

      Which is why you get insurance. Compared to your throwaway $100 lab diamond, I rather have insurance on a real diamond that is billions of years old, formed under the earths crust at 2,000 degrees and 750,000 lbs of pressure, naturally mined and literally nothing like any other diamond in the world.

      @@illadelphh5296 And how much do you pay for the insurance? My 2-carat cz sterling silver solitaire ring from jade_butterfly on Ebay cost $12 and looks like a real diamond. The setting has 6 prongs and looks perfect. I bought two more so that I have replacements. Nobody's going to cry if it goes down the garbage disposal or down the bathroom sink. Pride of ownership is relative. It isn't worth $10k to me.

      I wouldn’t call them a scam, they have their own beauty of course. However man made diamonds are flawless and cheaper. I wouldn’t mind wearing either. You can definitely get more for less with a man made diamond or any stone for that matter. I believe in living within your means and honestly it shouldn’t be a substitute for true love. When you love someone the last thing you should care about is their bank account. My family lived in the richest country on this planet (not gonna name it). We lost everything after the first war. We moved to the States and now we live like any other blue collar American. I’m grateful I still have my family here.

      I've been ring searching for about month now. In 2 weeks I'm getting married and my future deserves so much more than my pockets have to offer her. Now mind you this is all me fighting myself deciding whether to get her a real diamond or a man made one? If I go real it's going to be very small if I go fake it will be bigger obvi but I don't want it to look to gaudy and I know she doesn't either. This is one of the hardest decision I've ever made. If I go man made would Jeulia or Vancora be the better choice??? Or go real and not be happy and hate myself for not making the right choice?

      There's absolutely nothing wrong with wearing a "fake" ring, but there's nothing wrong with wearing a real and/or expensive one either, if you can afford it. That's up to the individual; it's merely a matter of preference.

    • @KaritaGR
      @KaritaGR 3 года назад +1

      Mine is not fake but it’s not expensive either. I wanted a ring that sparkled and lasted a life time. Cz gets dull over time and scratched and white sapphires look dull with a little bit of dirt and need to be cleaned constantly. Mine is a .25 ct Diamond on a 14k band and relatively inexpensive because it is a second hand vintage ring. Not fake but not flashy either but one of a kind and I’m happy with it. No plans to ever change or upgrade. That’s something I’ve never understood. Upgrading rings that are supposed to be a lifetime.

  • @LaDivinaLover
    @LaDivinaLover 6 лет назад +155

    I’d just like to point out. It’s NOT Fake, it’s DIFFERENT.
    Zircons are a natural occurring substance, Cubic Zirconia is a man made zircon. They are not fake diamonds and most CZ is better quality than most diamonds you buy at the jewelry store. Unless you’re spending 50k plus you have a shitty stone with inclusions and color or cut problems. Whereas you can spend $500 for a custom cut insanely proper quality and custom designed CZ ring that blows all of that shit from Zales and Kay out of the water. Not to mention if diamonds were sold in the quantity the are found the wouldn’t be any more expensive than CZ stones.
    Just saying

      I just bought a $12 cz ring, an 8mm solitaire with a 6-prong sterling silver setting with rhodium plating, and it looks as good as any diamond ring I ever saw. Jade_butterfly on ebay, shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. If I want to replace it every month, I could do that for the rest of my life for the cost of a comparable 2 carat colorless, flawless, ideal-cut diamond. Plus nobody's going to cry if it goes down the bathroom sink or the garbage disposal.

      +NikkiNicole Hernandez1026 That still doesn't justify the price that they go for. Diamonds are not rare, they're just monopolized. Ideally most people could afford one, but that's just not the case. They're all just shiny rocks anyway, white sapphire rings often have lifetime warranties and a moissanite is not likely to ever get scratched either, but again, warranties.

    • @nikkinicole6094
      @nikkinicole6094 6 лет назад +2

      korinakorinakorina lmao are you a verified gem expert? You have no knowledge when it comes to gems I see. Any stone will be scratched except a diamond. They are the most toughest gem of all. Just because you can't and others afford it, doesn't mean it's wrong to own one. Unless you are my partner then ok, you have the right but you aren't buying me shit so frankly, you have no right to say. Diamonds are rare, it's lab created diamonds that aren't. And diamonds are more than "flashy". Show me another stone that has a beautitful sparkles to it and is tough? Please show me. Because saphires and moissanite aren't shiny as a diamond. Like I said, you have no right to belittle others who want an actual diamond. They are gorgeous 😍😍 and yes, I can see a difference in moissanite and an actual diamond. If it sparkles far away, it is an authentic one. If it sparkles a lot up close, then it is a moissanite. I want a diamond and I'm glad my future husband feels the same way. 😊💕

    White sapphire is clearer than CZ and therefore is of higher quality? And that's because CZ is mass produced? That's incorrect on two accounts. First, CZ is almost always perfectly clear precisely BECAUSE it's mass produced. Mass production does not cause lower clarity in gemstones. It's actually the opposite; mass production produces gemstones that are virtually inclusion free and are generally perfectly clear. In fact, it's the non-mass produced stones (ie. natural stones) that are LESS clear than CZ due to inclusions. Second, lab created stones are also mass produced stones. Your white sapphire is just as "mass produced" as your CZ is. If you look at wholesale prices there's not that much difference between CZ and lab created white sapphires. Mass production has absolutely nothing to do with quality. When it comes to sapphires, actually, being THAT clear is a sign of being "lower quality" because it indicates the stone is synthetic and not natural. On that note, Mohs scale is also not an indication of "quality" either. You say white sapphire is harder than CZ so it's higher quality? What about emeralds which score lower on Mohs scale than CZ? Are you going to say than natural emeralds are of lower quality than CZ based off of Mohs scale? Just because one is called sapphire and the other is called CZ, you shouldn't try to guess and rationalize the value of one stone over the other. Funny how people would believe and say anything to be snobby about precious stones and against CZ without even actually understanding what's going on. White sapphire also tends to become dirty and cloudy over time and is actually not that much better than CZ in that department, either. On any given day CZ knocks white sapphires out of the park with its superior refraction AND dispersion.

    I just got engaged last month and our wedding is next August. My fiance bought my ring from this company. I have also purchased "fashion jewelry" from this company such as one shaped like an owl, a mermaid, skull, etc in the past with various color "jeulia stones" (fancy word for CZ lol). I get compliments on all of them, but especially on the engagement ring. I never tell anyone "thanks it's not a real diamond" or "thanks it's only sterling silver" because that doesn't matter to me, or anyone else who is "admiring" my ring. I just say "thank you" and smile. Everyone has said how beautiful it is, how large it is (Its not very large, but I prefer more petite feminine jewelry, it's not even 1/4th of the size of the one being reviewed here lol but that's what I like anyways because it's more comfortable to wear.) Mine would be probably around 1.5 - 2 carats I'm guessing, in the center, plus has channel set stones along the upper 1/2 of the band, it is set up a little bit higher with another 6 stones around the prongs, in a V shape, 3 in front and 3 in back of the main stone. A ring like this would cost thousands, if it was real gold or real diamonds. 925 sterling is durable and easy to clean and care for and looks like platinum or white gold. Like seriously no one is going to know if your ring is fake unless you tell them lol. I am not saying anything bad about my ring. I love it. My fiance picked it out on his own. I don't actually know if mine uses their Jeulia stone (CZ) or white lab saphire or moissanite. I tried looking out of curiosity but did not see my exact one on that site. I'm guessing it was probably around $200 because it also has a small wedding band, with eternity stones, very small around the wedding band. I only know it came from jeulia because I was home when the mailman dropped off the package and saw the label lol. To me, personally, I would rather we save money to buy a home, or take an awesome vacation, I don't need a "real" diamond, or "real" gold. It's a waste to me, so I'm actually happy my fiance picked out a jeulia ring. Smaller petite looking gems can look more real anyways because most people can't afford big diamonds. I never feel uncomfortable or embarrassed or ashamed. All I feel is loved and happy. And that is what matters. My fiance's mother asked me where he got the ring. I just told her "I don't know" because I didn't want her to criticize the ring or his decision to purchase a "fake diamond" I'm perfectly happy with this ring and wouldn't want another one, even if she gave him money towards it. It wouldn't be the same, because this is the one he picked, and the one he proposed with, and the one with the most sentiment. I love my ring, but I love my fiance even more.

    Good review overall! One correction. While a 9 (white sapphire) on Mol's Hardness Scale Is harder than a cubic zirconia (8 - 8.5), it's wrong to describe that hardness aspect as "better quality." It only describes hardness - which stones can be scratched by other harder stones. Emeralds are also an 8 in hardness, yet can be more expensive and a better quality stone than a bad quality diamond (I3 in clarity) for example. If a CZ stone has an excellent cut, color and clarity, the quality would be good but it still could be scratched by even poor quality diamonds or sapphires, which are a 10 and 9 respectfully in hardness. A small error doesn't take anything away from a fine review and an introduction to another jeweler to check out. You selected a lovely ring and I hope you enjoy wearing it!

    I have 1 natural diamond wedding ring and 2 fake ones. My husband knew I had a hard time choosing a shape (couldn't decide between round and emerald) so he bought me the fakes too, and doesn't care which one I wear. Although I do wear my real ring most of the time. But when I'm in the mood, I switch it out. I went with the classic round for real wedding ring. My natural diamond is a 3 stone ring, 1.37 center round with 2 small side diamonds, a very modest size. One of my fakes is similar, only they're all emerald shape. A very believable fake as the center is a 1.7 ct. Then I have a 2.50 CT emerald with a halo, a little more blingy for going out. When I used to go out. Life's too short not to be happy.

    That's too long to wait. Over two years? I did the same thing until finally I just said, "That's it." I had all my rings made bigger. Shop around for the best price though. Get one estimate and see if the next place can do it for less. At last, ALL my rings fit. They added a little piece of gold to each one, and they polished them, I don't know how, and all the rings look brand new. Wonderful. At last. You'll be so glad. And then, because my rings looked so pretty that people were complimenting me on them I got a ring from Jeulia and I mixed my real diamonds and gold with the Jeulia eternity band. That's a beauty. I chose that ring because rxstrmom got it and showed us all how pretty it was. So now I have just ordered another ring. I hope the plating stays on. Only time will tell. The cost to resize a ring, especially up a little is pretty minimal if you look into that. It runs @ $60-75 depending on the jewler. Sometimes if u go through the place u got it, it's free. Thanks for sharing 😊

    Love the rings Julia has~ As for your first actual wedding ring~ I have had the same problem~ I wear a size 5 and due to the heat expansion specially during the summer seasons or when my house gets really warm, it gets difficult to wear so I had my ring sized to a 5 1/4~ Now my ring fits between hot and cold temperatures~ Some rings I have sized to a 5 1/2 and I've still been able to wear them~ Even if weight changes, this is the best alternative~ Gorgeous rings btw~ Thank you for sharing~

    I ordered a ring after seeing it on their website. The sapphire stone was crystal clear and sparkly but when I received it it was cloudy and didn’t catch the light. I was so disappointed. I did return it after a lengthy process.

      Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that. What size was the main stone? I wanted to get something under 1.5 "carats" because when the stone is too large, it doesn't look real or have that clarity to it. Luckily the one I choose is so shiny and clear. I get compliments on it all the time.

    Just wondering if the lower range silver / yellow gold / rose gold plated ones do last in its plating? Anyone please? And Jeulia stone is enhanced stronger CZ, not lab created sapphire. Anyone thinks their stones blurred after a few years? If its Moissanite, it should not blur out ( from brushing / cleaning the jewelry or daily wear and tear).

    What I have learned about these companies is that they make read stones in a lab, using the same elements of nature that make the stones in the earth. The stones are authentic, but not “organic”.... if that makes sense. They aren’t conflict stones, so they are able to recreate these stones so much easier and charge less. The settings are sterling silver which costs basically nothing. These rings are not fake. They are the real deal, just lab produced.

      Krystal Lynn jeulia does. The first ring I bought was a 3 ring set. Beautiful and I wore it for 3 years. One of the beget stones on the side of the main ring fell out and it was out of warranty. I probably could have brought it to a jeweler and they could have put a new stone in but it was a 10 and since losing a little weight the ring always spun on my finger. I guess because of the weight of the stone. Other than that it was still perfect. Yesterday my new set came and it’s stunning. I wish I could upload a picture on here. But got the 9 1/2 and it fits great.

      Sterling silver can tarnish if you leave it out in the open air. I keep all my jewelry in a jewelry box so they don't tarnish. If sterling silver does tarnish you can clean it with a jewelry cleaning cloth and the tarnished spots come right now. Mine hasn't tarnished though.

      The more you resize the weaker it gets. I had my original resized 3 times and all three times it. Racked on the shank where they cut it. Now it sits in my jewelry box because they refuse to try again. I think I am going to take the diamonds and make a necklace for myself and have a new band made for my hubby.

    thats not fake. if thats a lab created diamond, that is extraordinary. Because science used noble piece prize ideas and machines, just to achieve close to what earth naturally does, instead of being done by a volcano, its created by an individual who used a part of gods given talent to create a similar stone.

  • @wendylott6920
    @wendylott6920 4 года назад

    Who cares if it's a "fake" diamond or not? Furthermore it's not fake it's still a gem. The only thing diamonds have going for them are their durability. They aren't rare at all and the fact that they cost so much is artificial rarity and inflation. If you like a sparkly stone then look at moissanite or cubic zirconia. Nothing wrong with a white sapphire those often are more pretty than diamonds. Why have an achromatic ring? put some color in your jewelry. Also, why the hate for CZ? it's a real gem and if diamonds were sold honestly rather than on fake rarity and 100+ years of advertising they'd be the same price. I've seen some CZ that were cut so well they'd put 99% of the diamonds out there to shame. If you like diamonds that's fine, but there shouldn't be this elitist attitude of "if it ain't a diamond it's trash" when it comes to jewelry.
