I loved the Hilton Cancun. It's brand new and just like you asked for, modern and fresh. They also occasionally have some great pricing specials that make it a steal. It stayed there for $205 for two people. I was lucky to grab that price and haven't seen it again. I also love the Secrets Playa Blanca. They are new as well, but are much more expensive than either of the Hiltons.
I went when it just opened again after the renovation & it was owned by Royal Resorts. We LOVED it!! The spa was not open then, but we didn't mind. Staff was amazing. I loved the location. Food was okay.
No. The concierge can help you arrange a shuttle, but no free shuttle provided by the hotel. I just got online and chose a shuttle from the internet in advance and it worked out well.
@@Passporttotravel very cool..I guess it is to turn non members to their brand, because I saw a different review who had the opposite experience: diamond status Hilton member who received no upgrade and they were quite upset about it😕

There's plenty to like about the resort without adding the spa in, but the spa circuit was really nice.

I believe standard rooms don’t have the soaking tubs or terrace so this is one step up, deluxe I believe
I paid for the cheapest room, so if I got an upgrade, I was lucky, as I don't have any status at Hilton!
