From sun spots to wrinkles and even visible veins - your hands can show signs of ageing just as quickly as your face. Ahead of this year’s Academy Awards, Hollywood stars are even getting 'hand rejuvenation' surgery to appear red carpet-ready. And with some celebrities, including Dolly Parton, going one step further by wearing skin-coloured gloves to hide their ‘hand-embarrassment’, Nadine Baggott joins us to reveal how you can reverse the clock on your own hands, for a fraction of the cost.

I live in Greece and am having a course of laser on face, chest and hands as I have solar keratosis. Basically extensive sun damage which will lead to basal cell carcinoma if not treated. I have lived here for 40 years and although used sun screen when I went to the beach once a week, didn’t when I was working. My hands have suffered particularly as I drive a lot and for hours at a time so as the sun is magnified through the windscreen am now looking to order SPF gloves which are available in Australia. I wouldn’t go so far as to have fillers in my hands but I definitely need to protect them from more sun damage as much as I can. My nose already has BCC. I I don’t want it on my hands as well
