Tail Pipe. I have run this and I can tell you it doesn't matter how big you are this workout makes it hard to breath holding those KBs. Everyone get to your gym and give it a go.

@@chltmdwp this has nothing to do with being athlete this workout is hard doesnt matter how advanced you are this is a endurance based training so jordan made the right comment by saying even a soldier struggles cause in the army endurance comes first and even if they struggle you can bet your ass you or any athletes will too
@@captainlongdik8724 This guy is implying/thinking that all soldiers are top tier athelethes, which is not true from my experience. That's what "when even a soldier struggles" means. If you have ever servered, you would not be saying what you said... so i'm going to safely assume that you have never served in the military.
@@chltmdwp my dude i've been in military service 5 years done 2 tours and been doing fitness related stuff almost 10 years this kinda training is hard no matter what kinda athlete you are the reason he says that serving man or women is much more tougher in term of endurance because its a needed skill i read the same comment as you did that man never said what you are implying he only implied its a tough work out and its cause tried it is tough and this exercise is cardio exercise imagine doing this after a workout
Fitness isn't important for a soldier it's a byproduct of the training that develops the mindset of never surrendering. That's what's important to a soldier. Once you have it fitness is irrelevant.
This is the most retarded thing I ever read. Obviously you're not a Soldier. Or if you are a Soldier, you're not serving in combat arms.

when my stronglifts 5/5 got brutal,downloaded this video and some others,achieved a 550 lbs deadlift and 250lbs overhead press with linear progression,now is not that great?I always wanna stay updated with this guy's videos.
Does this burn more calories than standard weight training with long rest?
Owen Chase science channel I am not sure but who cares. Imo it should since your heart pumps harder, but if you want any significant calorie burn you need cardio which is easy on muscles and wont fuck up your recovery.

Actually, that's bullshit. You don't see the coaches of girls Olympic gold medalists requiring themselves to do the same activities. A great trainer focuses on training of others. They may have been there, done that or maybe they're simply a great leader and trainer.

Chances are you wont be able to see EXACTLY what he did, because personal trainers are kinda confidential about their workout plans since most of them are paid, but you could probably find something relatively close.

as a rower - i was in my university's team for 2 years - the way they use the ERGONOMETER 3 is a bit unsettling. then again they aren't really using it to have a full row > they're using it to build the core muscle strength and to push from the legs and hips. good on them though ... most people chalk up Rowing - OLYMPIC rowing as nothing ... if you are a healthy man and think you can row 2000 meters with a 20-21 pulls per minute, you have my respect if not. TRY IT FIRST then talk to me.

Not really!,he did some of those routines but he targeted specific muscles. His workout was more condensed and directed.

what is the benefit of walking it off rather than lying down?
there will be a decline in systolic blood pressure - the blood that is pumped out of the heart that it's forcing out. Low extensive walking helps the heart calm down, in a sense.

He did some of them...Are u kidding me?...Henry Cavill could not get hurt,this is too much and you can get hurt easily. He concentrated on specific targets of the body. He built mass and strength, did not need endurance or stamina to shoot "Man of Steel". If he were going to box,this routine is pretty handy.
