First time riding/ walking down this trail today lol. Definitely alot more techy than any single black trails I've ridden. I found it to be alot more steep and janky than other trails, to me personally, huge difference in difficulty.
I do agree with you, that the overall trail is overrated, but the overall trail would be a black diamond and the features going down are probably a double black diamond. If the track was steeper then yes it would be a double black diamond.
I don't think I did a good job explaining what I meant there, it was just off the top of my head. What I was getting at is that double black tech and double black jumps are totally different. I would have no chance at a double black jump line. Also the jumps at Mt Narra are new and the trails were not rated based on them. I was trying to compare the tech on the trails and not include jumps.
@@dyslexiusmaximus Thanks. I knew pretty early on that my riding alone would not be interesting enough. I've also learned that some of the things I say can rub people the wrong way, and they let me know about it.
Really useful commentary. Just finally worked up the courage to do the rampage roll off last week so it's a great reference point.
It’s changed a bit since I made this video, more jumps down the bottom. It’s a great trail. Have fun.
I guess it is a double black from the point of view of an average rider like myself, thanks for the videos, great stuff
Ha. You can do it man. I think I’m pretty average, but just push my limits maybe more than I should.
Did this once and will check it out again soon. Great vid
Thanks. i hope you found it useful. Report back with your personal rating of the trail.

With my broken wrist I tried it and walked a few sections too. Maybe it does warrant the double black title.
I feel a lil bit better about myself now. Dude you're be shredding it in no time!
Okay, it's on my list now
This is an old video and it’s changed a lot, for the better. A lot more features down the bottom now. Great fun.
great video 👍 especially for new
Thanks Eric. Hope you find it useful.

BTW I like commentry .....Bit boring just hearing the wheels go around👍
It's triple black for me :)
After riding this again with my busted wrist, I'm happy for this to be double black. It's definitely harder than the other blacks around Mt Narra.
1:24 that doesn't sound right
