Exciting news! The inclusion of Rose number [110] beautifully symbolizes our collaborative efforts in this creative garden at CoinEra. Let's continue nurturing this shared space together! 🌹🌷🌼 Thank you for being an integral part of it! 😊💖
It would be nice to see a video more specifically focused on your tools. I know you mentioned them a bit in your first video, but it would be good to see more specifics of the tools and process outside of scraping. - I was thinking that after a long soak, perhaps it would be helpful to use a power flosser to hit the coin with a strong jet of water before and during scraping. I wouldn't think a water jet would do any damage to metal or patina. Something like a Philips Sonicare Power Flosser should work. Also, something like a foam dental polisher tool or a rotary white eraser might work as a tool once all the grit has been removed down to outer patina.
Great video love to see how people clean coins many different ways to do it personal preference is the main one a you do a great job. I live in the UK plenty of Roman coins over here but I don't find that many. 2:28
Thanks! Great to see you work. Would like more details on how you work. Soaking in water? How long? Useing needle? Useing composite cleaning pencil? Soaking in between? Etc. Thanks from Sweden 🇸🇪 for great videos. 👏👏🙏
Great suggestion! Each coin requires different approaches, so i tend not to get too detailed in each video. I'll try to expand on some of those things in the future.
So we have a ton of found coinage, do we have any of the original stamps and dies as well? I'm assuming they're more rare, but would be cool to see one of those.
Good question! Yes! Bur very few coin dies survived because the old/broken dies would be systematically meted down and recast to prevent counterfeiters using old dies. So it's VERY rare but you can google some examples. If i ever am lucky enough to get access to one i'd love to make a vid about it.
@@historyathome I mean when you leave on the dirt, it makes it undiscernible to the untrained eye on what kind of coin it is. Since alot of people seemingly hate any amount of cleaning done on a coin, even with harmless solutions or tools.

Love the video! Where do you purchase your uncleaned coins?
This is so satisfying to watch!😌Thanks for sharing, Nick.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it very much. How much time do you spend on restoration of a average coin. Thanks again for these videos.

Nice 🦐
Great video. What tools do you use for cleaning?
Can i ask a question on why the letters on in english and not greek if the coins were minted in greece or Rome? Really interested to find out
Best comment/question I have seen on here.
Why English lettering???
beautiful, in what solution did you soak the coin before cleaning ? that look oilded
Thanks! I only soak in distilled water - usually 2-14 days. It may have been previously oiled by a collector, who nows.

Where do you get your music from?
Search Farya Faraji on youtube
Nooo! You're ruining the value by not leaving on the fuсking dirt which makes it being completely undiscernible and ugly
How do you see it as undiscernible if all the details are showing clear-as-day?
