- The three men convicted of murdering Ahmaud Arbery will be sentenced in Glynn County Friday.
A jury found the three white men accused of killing Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man guilty on most of the 29 charges they faced the day before Thanksgiving.
On Feb. 23, 2020, Arbery, 25, was jogging in a south Georgia neighborhood near Brunswick in Glynn County, when he was chased, shot and killed.
Travis McMichael, who shot Ahmaud Arbery, was convicted of all charges. His father Greg McMichael was found not guilty of malice murder, but guilty of four counts of felony murder and four additional felony counts.
William "Roddie" Bryan was found not guilty of malice murder, one felony murder count and one felony aggravated assault count and convicted of three felony murder counts and three additional felony counts. Each suspect was charged with the same nine counts.
All three men are facing life in prison but the big question is whether the judge will allow them to be eligible for parole. The jury will not have a say in the sentencing. - Развлечения
They're going to get taught a lesson in prison
Listening to Dunikowski tear down counsel’s arguments was like watching Thanos and Tony Stark fight in Avengers: Infinity War. She’s unbeatable
Clearly their way of thinking does not work with human beings
The defense was hoping the Prosecutor would get confused with all these charges, but she had all her ducks in a row.
So all this lawyer for Travis got from the what the parents and sister said was about revenge. That tells a lot about this man.
She's like Thanos in Infinity War, practically unbeatable
Mr.gough doesn't know the law,he is wasting the court time.
Go get ‘em, Linda.
He just described white-priviledge slipping way.
I guess they thought Mrs Wanda Cooper Jones was going to accept what they did to her Son. Gregory she made sure you will never see your Son again. You are both in separate Prisons never to see or talk to each other again. I wonder if you think it was still a good deed?
Fry them all fry them all
Why he wants to continue to cross Linda ? She's a Beast.
Roddie committed crimes at different times why chasing mr.arbery with his truck 🚚.
He actually sited an inmate from Michigan, who sent him Georgia case law 10:29 and was laughed at by the prosecutor and the GBI detective sitting behind the state
now that's desperate isn't it lol

Right how did he think a Law from the State of Michigan would help his case in Georgia. Roddie Bryan first appeal should be ineffective conseul.
While I understand the point Mr. Bryan's defense attorney is making here, the jury did convict Bryan on _three_ counts of felony murder.
He is as guilty as sin and the jury
knew that!
I think goff makes a good case on felony murder cases should not get life sentences when they don’t actually do anything to directly contribute to act. I think it’s actually a racially biased statute. Lower class people probably get nailed by that all the time. Like he says giving someone a key or something. But this judge isn’t gonna set some new precedent here
I do understand that Mr. Bryant got found guilty. And he should have mind his own Business!!! But 20 years would have been sufficient for him or he should have turned state and completely worked with the state to convict the McMichael's!!!! I BLAME HIS ATTORNEY IJS I would have coped out to a lesser charge because how do you defend the indefensible!!!
@@4sho762 they tried a plea deal and the prosecution was so high powered and confident in their case he had no chance with the video evidence and what he told police. I do think that he legitimately thought he was chasing a criminal, but you have to see a felony committed to citizens arrest, most lower class people would have no idea of the statute is my point. My guess is poor black folks have gotten life sentences for this kind of thing in ga for many many years. In this case it came back around for the white property owners who thought they could operate independently of law enforcement
@@4sho762 his Lawyer convinced him he did nothing wrong. Remember he went on CNN talking about he was a witness. Then we see the Bodycam video of him talking to the Police on the scene.
Travis waiting on the mystery meat sammich 🥪being served for lunch today📆
Ryan had ample opportunity to say stop stalking the victim. He could have called the police himself and told the police that the father and son duo were tracking their victim down and depriving him of his liberty and ultimately his life. Bryan should have left instead of aiding in the killing.
There aint no good in Travis.
They waiting for your
Very good sentencing.
1:01:13 he just perfectly described Travis.
How do you call this Man gangster squad
Did they try to set me up Lock me in to destroy everything that is mine za za za?

The prosecutor with the red tie needs a slap and wake up, he just doesn’t won’t to be there. If he was the lead attorney the three racist bullies would be free
He was tried of listening to Gough
