Watching this inspired me to get back on mine. I was doing low-carb and weight watchers together because I am diabetic and I was losing quite a bit, but I got lazy and slacked off. It really worked together because it helped me to control the low-carb foods too so that I don't eat too much of them.
One trick to reduce the fat content in ground beef is to rinse it in hot water after you drain it, which should lower the points value, at least a little.
great video. i always have a had time trying to find motivation on losing weight in the past, i discovered it actually have something to do with the diet as well, for example, keto actually made me feel horrible everyday and that is why i dont feel motivated on doing it, one thing i could add is find the right diet for you, like agoge diet for me, if it makes you feel better, it will also make you feel motivated
I went to Aldi this morning and literally gasped when I saw the Stok is now $5.28 😭 it checked my Kroger and target online and they both are OVER 5.28. I can’t believe I used to pay $3.95. So crazy!!! I may need to consider an alternative

I loved WW but now I struggle since the switch sometimes I think calorie counting might be better as I'm always under on calories when I'm over on WW points. 😭You might try double tracking for a few days to see if thats happening to you too.
Do any of the WW plans count coffee creamer for less than 5? That seems really high. I’m debating on switching to WW from itrackbites bc of all the free foods. But I drink usually 2 coffees with 2 tblsp each coffee creamer and it’s lower on itrackbites

If I get a higher fat ground beef, I just rinse it of after browning it, then season it. I count it as the extra lean.
