Have seen them three times live😍 ( Hannover, Hamburg, and Hamburg again at 18.Nov.this year) 💕
I walked down the aisle to love song. it's still a very specail song to me. I just love The Cure!
Beautiful Nightmare Hey that's my favourite The Cure song! (Nice name BTW!)
So did I, not sure if I'll be able to now as we broke up at the beginning of this year.
That sounds amazing
Awesome! I'd pick 'Plainsong' but that might be too much like 'Marie Antoinette.'
+Bliss The Nightmaren I like your name too!
Hearing "One Hundred Years" by The Cure live must have been a fuckings awesome experience. I love this song
I'll never forget the day my daughter found The Cure. She was hoping to freak me out with the music, and she ended up freaking out when I started banging my head to the music. LOL. I LOVED The Cure in the '80's! Still do.
how does thus woman not have 5 million subscribers already
Am I the only one that laughed hard when she saw the skeleton down the stairs and said, "Poor Bugger, must have fallen down the stairs." LOL reminded me of Helen Bonham Carter when she said "Poor Bugger" in Sweeney Todd! Love you Black Friday, Great Video as always!
I saw them in May and involuntarily wept. Superb.
Ookleton I saw them in June and did the same thing! A kind lady gave me tissues but my weeping was happy weeping.
You definitely weren't the only one :p xox
Same, for at least 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it was actually happening.
he still sounds like an angel. what a good preformance. mad jealous. Glad you had a good time
Robert Smith what a legend , he played my fav song lullaby :) , you got to the most amazing places , brilliant :)
Thank you for taking those of us who are stuck working at our desks and unable to dress how we really want, on a trip to see the things we probably never otherwise could. Thank you so much :)
I didn't know the cure was still performing! That's awesome there really cool.💕

I was at that gig! And, tell me, did you notice the lack of other spooky/goth/alternative (whatever-the-hell) people? I thought for sure I'd fit in at a Cure concert, but ended up getting pointed at and giggled about more than anything. Never had that happen to me before (just moved to Prague recently).
Yes (I am that chubby blonde guy in the video), I noticed that too. But there are not a lot off spooky people here in Prague unfortunately...
In fact, there aren't many goth and alternative people in the whole country. Sabine, you may feel better if you go to the Prague Gothic Treffen next August. There won't be any people laughing at you ;) You know most of Czechs don't accept people that don't fit it. Today, I saw a photo of a really beautiful man in a long coat, with long light hair amoking a pipe, in a FB group called "Odpozorováno v česku" and there were people saying he should be sent to an assylum. I mean WTH is wrong with people?!
Jenysss I've heard of Gothic Treffen and feel like that's my calling. I really thought Prague would be more accepting! Besides the metal shop (somehow metal is more acceptable than goth I guess) in old town there isn't much love!
MrFusselig it's a shame because this city is delightfully spooky on its own! It has the perfect personality for spooky folks, but not many people here seem to agree. Is there another Czech city that embraces the gothic history in a modern way?
Sabine Lapointe
I have no idea... I only know Prague :)
I saw them earlier this year. What a f'ing awesome show. They've still got it after all these years. When they played Just Like Heaven .. I thought my heart was going to burst! Such a great band :) x
I saw them in May in New Orleans. I was the only one who made a sign and got to sit relatively close to the stage. I'm pretty sure Robert Smith and I made eye contact, but even if I'm just imagining it, it was the most amazing experience I've ever had.
I've been a fan of the Cure since the early 80's and love their music
YAAAAAAY!!! It was so great to still see them still at it after all of these years!!I I was lucky to see them in them in the 80s!
i must say, you seem so much happier... actually going out and doing stuff/exploring... where as in new zealand all you did was work your ass off. im happy for you!
I was there! Now seeing this after few years bring back old memories! Thank you! 🖤🖤🖤
This is so specific, but that shot at 5:13 of the hands raised in the center of the frame is just lovely.
After years and years of getting fucked over by something or other I finally saw The Cure this past June. It was amazing. My absolute favorite band did not disappoint. Also that restaurant looks awesome.
Man, their music brings back so many memories...
Wow they literally played every one of my favourite songs... and I wasn't there.
Thanks for the vlog it was awesome!
did Robert Smith turn into a moth and beat up Barbra Streisand?
BARBURA! BARBURA! ICHI KONI KAMISHI SHIII!
Tom Rattle 😂😂😂
Rebecca. chambers OH MY GOD! BEST COMMENT EVER!
This is the best comment I have ever seen😂😂😂😂
Hahahaha SP ftw
I envy you two! So cool! :D xoxo
I envy my recent past self lol, was a great experience ^__^
"I envy my recent past self"
Oh you! So perfectly put. That is exactly the feeling I had when I watched the Bizarre Festival videos a minute ago.
Thinking: "There! There, somewhere in this large crowd. There I was."
I am so fucking crazy jealous. I'm not big into most goth music nor do I much care for going to concerts, but the Cure is my favorite (debatably) goth band, and I would love love love to see them in person.
I was lucky and saw The Cure few months ago in Dallas Texas I lost my mind and have toy say waited almost 23 years to see them missed them every time finally saw them and Robert Smith can die happy bow
Michael Contreras do you know when they will be back? I'd love to go see them (in Dallas too)
Matthias!!!
2:29 I adore his neck piece!
Thank you, it is a DIY piece :D
my first ever live concert was The Cure. I'll never forget it. Im so jealous.
You're close to 400k subs! I'm so happy for you! You're like my favorite RUclipsr ❤
I started internally screaming with the first shot of Robert, you had such a good view! Lucky people!
My favorite Cure show was at an indoor/outdoor venue with a big grassy hill behind the seating. Everyone rose as one to dance, the whole hill undulating, when they played Just Like Heaven. It was awesome. It was fated to be a great show because as I was walking down the street to catch the ferry to the venue, there was a great big rainbow that ended right at the stage. Such a special night.
one of my few all time favorite bands from my high school days in the 80's :) Glad he's still kicking.... ever melodic guitars, inimitable...
My 1st full on girlfriend and love was a serious Cure lunatic, dragged my ass all over England to see them,,,about 32years ago!!!! shit I'm old
From The Edge Of The Deep Green Sea is possibly the greatest song of all time.. imo.
I don't think I've ever been so jealous D: Prague, that library and The Cure live- that's so freaking amazing!!
Favorite band, favorite RUclipsr. Does anyone know if they're coming to U.S. Or at least Boston?
Violet Rose i think they already did their u.s tour
They did, and it was great

I actually met them in South Florida when I was 18. so that was 15 yrs ago???? (omg) they were at a bar on the beach and we walked up to get a drink and I see guys sitting there in all black. intrigued u walk around and I'll be damned! they were really cool they all gave me a hug and we chat for a few minutes. cool guys
So lucky! I hope the see The Cure someday. And visit Prague, also. Totally can be on the same day, I wouldn't mind.
The first time I saw the Cure 25 years ago was one of the highlights of my teen years. They were awesome omfg!! I've seen them a few more times since then, the most recent was last year. It was beyond. I hope to see them in Europe some day...
I saw them 1 month ago in Sweden❤️ Best band of all time!
Oh my god!! No way!😫 The Cure have not been to Scotland in my lifetime. You two are so lucky, I'm far too jealous!!❤️
You should come back to Scotland too!!
These are my FAVOURITE types of videos that you do. Like traveling with friends without having to buy the tickets :D Love you guys! Thanks for sharing your journeys :D xx
I saw The Cure in Prague for the Wild Mood Swings tour, and several other European cities. It was great! I saw them on the current tour in Atlanta and Charlotte in the Us. So happy to have seen them again. I think it was the 7th and 8th time
"Poor bugger must have fallen down the stairs...-BUT ITS AWESOME!"
OMG The Cure is one of the best bands to see live!! I ADORE THEM! ❤️❤️❤️
I saw them back in May and it was absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe they were real and standing in front of me and breathing the same air as me. I love them so much.
So fun to see younger kids still loving the CUre! Saw them in Dallas on this tour for my 13th Time. Not dressing the whole hardcore goth thing these days, but I did wear all black to the show!
It was the early 80s when I saw them. I want to say 1984ish. Superb show.
Can we talk about how cute her friends are tho, I love that blonde guy
I saw the cure in Melbourne in July with my friends and it was honestly the best concert I have ever been too they were amazing, playing a 3 hour set with 4 encores and robert's voice was just as beautiful as ever! :)
Oh my god! I got chills when I heard "Lullaby" SO FREAKING GOOD!!
These songs are making me homesick for the early 90s.
The Cure is so amazing i wish i got to see them
3:49 that looked like such a steep escalator!
I had far too many fits watching this video! I've been subscribed to you for a very long time, and this video may very well be my new favorite. The Cure is by far my favorite band, and their music means so much to me. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, it meant more than I can express.
prague is so beautiful!
OMGAWESOME! I went to see them on their Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me tour in 1989 with a friend. We had to leave DURING THE FIRST SONG because she suddenly felt sick. As you can see I've never gotten over it. Who would? lol
You really are so poised and beautiful. Beautiful inside and out. You deserve your happiness!
I love the cure so much! I hope to see them live some day
I showed your vlog to my mum, she's an art teacher and went her students to Prague three weeks ago for exchange with a school in Prague. It's so fun to see Prague through your vlog and my mum went to a lot of places you showed. Thank you ^_^

Oh man. Love the Cure. Saw them 4 times years ago. Nice to see the clips here! Love your channel :)
The table with the food made me feel good. Seeing The Cure's set list also made me feel good. You are brave and excellent documentarians, and this is why I watch these videos. I'm speaking for myself, of course.
I saw the Cure live in Berlin in October this year :) I was so excited to see them finally live that I actually cried when they walked on stage. It was amazing and I hope you had as much fun to see them as I did! :D
