Few things to for lb. Her laning is overall pre shit, she has to for go cs to trade or vice versa kinda like zed that being said after a trade she’s not especially especially ez to cs either (resource, cd rotation reliant, etc). Fleet and early buy shard made up for this. You are pre much guaranteed to win trades proc fleet q or fleet w q e, and then last hit fleet proc for heal to send enemy mid to gain prio, you then use prio to either freeze, push or invade with jg, netting you kills and further prio in lane esp after shiv. I’ll skip the usual mid game play as most ppl know how rotations should work. And go over team fights such as drag and baron. Imo lb her first item is huge item spike, the harvester feel like one but playing around lb harvest is a mistake unless playing for adv side as her nxt spike comes with void, looking to give some obj maybe more of a wiser play instead of being roped into one. Lastly, as all of you have seen this build doesn’t have the destructive nature of an ap lb, as LS has said it’s more like ahri, and very micro intensive during team fights, the enemy team knows you are not much of a threat unless your bind is hitting on to crucial targets in order to prolong cc or make a pick. Ok so why does lck or lpl seem to play lb so much better? The obv answer is player but other to that the set ups pre fight, and it’s not the usual wards, flanks, tp although those are very important too. They set up small details like an auto before recall at the expense of couple cs, or perhaps management of the wave so that during herald 5v5 bot lane would crash 2-3 cannons leading to enemy teams making more dramatic decisions or pulling out, this may not be directly affected by lb but in game with multiple decisions and the cost per action being calculated, higher cost, higher the chance a HVT will be caught out, and lbs increased cc plus getaway is one of the best utilities. Overall imo EU and NA are not able capitalise on smaller macro hence making lb look garbage, also y in ranked it pre shit and you would run anything else more reliable.
The damage is whatever, Phreak at launch has compared it to a worse Lich Bane at launch and its been nerfed since. After the nerfs to wave clear scaling and damage scaling there's very little reason to universally buy it. However, the biggest thing it gives is that she Shiv + W the entire wave and then perma roams or hunts for kills. Ironically there's a better option here and that's Kaisa who has way better tools to secure those kills, likes the stats, and has similar rotations. At best she could get it 3rd or later but by then it's useless. At best she gets it into FULL squish.
Static shiv Lb is a champ same as qiyana in pro play, she can be effective but its sooo hard bcause the playstyle is really just "if u dont do anything ur useless all game and will get 1 shot and deal no damage" thats literally it.
I think Statick Shiv leblanc requires you to be much better as a team and an individual player on the patch that this game was on. When I watch a Top 4 LPL team play it just looks insane and almost unbeatable pressure wise. On the current patch seems nerfed into the ground outside of vayne and kaisa but I think we had a while where it was really op especially if you could flex it top.
statikk shiv really didn't look that impressive from the start it's best use case is if you're playing an adc with bad waveclear I thought that everybody was overreacting to the item, then I almost even became a believer, leblancs winrate isn't even bad in pro play But watching her effect in these fights, it's hard to deny

I dont like statik Lb either. I thought its useless way before ls did. We kept seeing lb not dealing enough damage with this build when it mattered. It doesnt do enough damage to make up for the loss of ap damage LB would get from an ap item. It does damage only when you proc it. So basically lb sacrifices all the AP from her skills, that she would have from an ap item to deal less damage with statik, considering lb has low cd too in mid game and can spam skills. So all that ap she loses from that item cant be made up in damage from the statik proc. Not even close
Indeed, but that goes for most any game. The point is that there is 0 reason to have statik on Lb, if you need wave clear there are better champions for it, if you need the auto dmg there are better champions for it, and if you need the aoe dmg from it (minimal as it is) then there are definitely better champs for that as well. The only thing Lb brings that is semi unique is her ability to burst with relative safety due to her multiple jumps. Annoyingly people don't seem to see that statik is almost antithetical to this due to the fact that it reduces the time until she can hit her early to mid game powerspike, which is damn near the only time she is actually a "good" champion compared to her peers.
