The subtle transition at 1:18 👏🏾
People tend to sleep on FB marketplace so I'm glad you mentioned it here. I got a York bench, straight bar, 2 dumbbell bars and 60KG of cast iron plates on there for £100 from one seller. I then got one of those fancy exercise bikes where you can cycle, walk and ski motion for only £60. With those which I bought September 2nd I have been working out every day and I have lost 38.02lbs so far. I have expanded in small ways too so I bought a couple of other bars, more plates from amazon which were extremely cheap, I think I got an extra 20KG for only £35 because it came in one of those cheap sets but while they were only the concrete filled plates, I don't really care about matching stuff since I'm here to workout not design a gym. I have just ordered a pull up bar and one of those home cable pulley kits which I intend to put the pull up bar in a door frame and attach the cables to it so I can target more muscles during workouts and in total that was only £45. I bought 40KG of cheap weight plates to go on the pulleys for only £50 and I bought 20KG of cast iron plates for my straight bar for £40. It's all about growing over time and doing a little more here and there. I can't afford to go out and spend a fortune on loads of gear so little things here and there all add up
Right on brother trying to get a home gym together too put at my son's house thank you
