Great channel! Thank you for making this content! When you go do the estimate for smaller jobs, do you typically remove the junk right then if they accept your estimate amount? Also, when do you process their payment? Before you remove or after? Basically, how do you avoid people scamming you out of paying?
When we give on-site estimates we try to get it done right then and we take payment when the job is done

There are things you can do with your Google business profile to target the areas your customers are in To target the right areas

There’s another area of interest tied into the theme of this video : What to do when a potential customer wants you to meet someone else’s estimate .
First ask to see a written estimate on their letterhead . Second ask if the competitor is licensed , insured, WCB coverage , website ? The ones who offer the cheapest prices often don’t have these .
