How To Treat A Koi Wound *Step By Step Guide*
A step by step guide to treating a wound or ulcer on a koi or ornamental fish.
There is nothing worse than finding one of your pond fish with what looks like a wound and not knowing how to treat it. I hope i can help most beginners out there with a guide to help treat that particular fish with topical treatment.
DISCLAIMER - this is how i treat my koi and what works best for me. I'm no Fish veterinarian so other hobbyists or professional koi doctor may differ with methods they use.

I'm hoping to be able to do something for my Koi, thank you for the video. I'm so sad and scared for him; I just noticed his pectoral fins have some kind of bad damage where both attach to the body, I don't know from what, and he seems so uncomfortable/depressed. I didn't even know where to start, but I'm hoping I can do something like this for him. Felt really helpless for him, but I ordered the little kit. I think I'll have to find a way to bandage his little fins at the base because I don't think the powder will stay with his fin movement. Is that reasonably possible to do?

The powder will stay as youbwet it, because it will act like a plaster .

I use the kusuri kit. Most koi dealers will have them but amazon defo have them
