If anyone is having a problem where you cant web zip, I got you. Basically, if you don't see the web zip point, then you messed up the glitch. When you wanna retry DON'T restart from last checkpoint. You need to actually abandon mission and try again. I don't know why, but it is what it is. Hope that helped
I did something similar but once you’re about to hand the photo to JJJ you jump on a few cars holding r2 and you try getting on top of the daily bugle. I was wall running for a little bit and I accidentally did this. So I believe there’s an easier way to free roam as young Peter
Why can't they just let us be peter and miles? It doesn't matter that people see you, it's a video game.... it's meant for you to have fun and play your way.
Man I loved this game so much but it just seemed like there were so many missed opportunities like black cat being in the game more especially when Peter got the back suit and shocker being killed off screen also would have been cool to see the prowler

there’s also another one in the high school part. you need to get to the “take thumb drive” part, crawl to top left corner, and just wiggle around and jump and it should kick you out to the football field. just happened to me today
It got patched but if you go to the other wall theres a similar set of rocks that you can use as a ramp and you can get out of the construction area just be careful to not go anywhere near you checkpoint as it will try to force you towards it
I get why they don’t do Peter/Miles unmasked in the story missions but if they gave it to you when you completed the game 100% just to have for free roam & do crimes…that’d be dope🔥
Work around for if the game has been patched - disc only: 1) if in the mission and trying to do the glitch, abandon the mission. 2) save game and make sure you know the save file slot you're using. 3) delete and redownload the game. 4) allow the game to download without any updates. 5) start the mission. 6) do the glitch as Caboose explained. 7) enjoy.
Are we sure this is a glitch? Cause you can do the same thing in Spider-Man 2 the Movie Game, and it's a hell of a coincidence if a similar glitch exists in both.

this worked the first time yesterday, but i went in water and couldn’t move. since then, i have been retrying, i can do everything except swing. i don’t get the ability to shoot webs do you know a fix?
I was able to wiggle my way out of the construction zone on the other side and got all the way to the water, jumped in but there isn’t an option to webzip. So I walked on the rocks but not able to websling

To be fully honest, I would enjoy this a lot because I don't do a lot of tricks when web-swinging usually.
