Just because it’s a variety show doesn’t mean everything has to be funny or you have to make the audience laugh. Variety shows can be about humanism, current issues, etc. Anything funny about the Real Men series is often more naturally occurring in terms of unexpected humor etc. It’s not a setting where you can giggle away like a child because someone looks silly in their actions. It’s not even like the military atmosphere is not known by the whole country. Even little children know how strict the military is. Her lack of intelligence - not factual intelligence but just common sense, behaviour etc. - was already shown on 100 v 1 where she was so overly silly and flighty. Just because people have responded well to your high energy personality doesn’t mean it’s appropriate everywhere. I hope she learns to grow up a bit through this show.

Her giggling like an idiot and not taking the whole thing seriously is showing so much disrespect to the actual soldiers who are there sacrificing their own time because of compulsory military duties. Do you think this is a joke? The whole compulsory military system is there because of the history and tragedy of the Korean War and the on going threat, however seemingly calm, of the North. There’s ZERO time for joking around when it comes to the military and that’s not just Korea. That’s not to say that soldiers don’t have a sense of humor - they’re human too - but there is something called TIME AND PLACE. If she didn’t know that, then she’s an idiot for signing up to this show. If she knew, then she’s an even bigger idiot for not respecting the culture and system of the military. There’s no excusing her behaviour, not this time.

Hmmmm.....I did my military service in South korea for 3 years as lieutenant, but I understand her. She just lived as a normal citizen. Maybe she needed time to adjust herself to army culture.
