I was going to do a natural look, but I got carried away and ended up looking more like a teary-eyed fairy because of the downturned eyeliner and glitter tears...so we will just say this is a fairy who got caught in the rain...🌧🤒 Lmk if you still want to see a puppy eyes downturned eyeliner look!
