Wow man. Ended up watching like 4 or 5 of your videos. Nicely done. Never realized how nice PDR can be. Kinda thought it was always some kind of gimmick. You're very patient. Great work ethic too. Keep hammering! Hehe.
Nice job. It’s good to know that you do actually have some that you struggle with and can’t get 100% like that bottom edge. Let us know next time how it went explaining that part to the customer. Great work
I like your videos, subbed. I've been an auto body and painter for 40 yrs. I do some pdr when the body man is too lazy to fix a ding right next to where he repaired a dent and it's in the booth. Pdr is actually the same processes that should be done even if you have to use body filler. You guys are the real body men now days. Most others are part swappers.
Great job Chris. I have a bit of info to share. Use a D.A.(dual action)buffer to reduce the swirls when polishing post repair. Always use a foam pad after using a wool pad.👍
Nice job, and good call on NOT drilling a hole for access. I had the same dent in my 2013 CR-Z, but first PDR said it can't be done, so I took the interior panel out and was able to push a bit of the dent out myself. Didn't trust myself to go further, so I found another PDR shop that said they could fix it--it was quicker for them, since I already had the interior panels off for access. Oh, and yes, they had the same problem with the bottom edge, but I can't tell where that spot is without knowing exactly where it was in the first place.
Dent Ding King hey man I see u in all the videos. Can I ask u for some advice? What tools do you ABSOLUTELY NEED to start in PDR? I used to pop locks on cars as a locksmith and they had hundreds of tools NO ONE would use. I only used TWO out of 100 for EVERY JOB, That being said can you help me pick the ABSOLUTE NECESSITIES? I'm trying to learn this craft to support my mother brother and sister because our dad left. Thanks.
That thing was a hot mess, gad you could get it out. Good job. You've got quite a sharp eye and skilled hands along with the patience of Job for that job.
Nice job, i always watch your videos your such master..i want to try pdr diy. Where can i buy that green glue? Does it damage the paint when you pull it? Need glue..thanks chris..
Chris, everything you do is really clean. I guess my problem is I show every thing I possibly can. The good the bad the ugly. My biggest video is the Dent that didn't even come out on an Escalade and now has 300,000 views sad LOL but I love your videos I just want to see a little bit more of your mistakes LOL👍
How did you learn this skill? I can see you definitely have a feel for what you’re doing, but it also looks like you have had a LOT of experience as well. Just wondering how you got started.
Chris I know what you mean about tight stretched metal on Honda . I did a 16 Accord rear quarter I thought no problem maybe 2 hrs . Turned into 4 . I don't like Honda's. I try to avoid them
Honda's metal is usually easy. I work on a fair amount of them, but I'm not too familiar with a crz. Maybe the quarter was high strength steel? European cars are the worst. In Paticular German luxury. I charge more. Just my input for what it's worth. Thanks for the video
A dent guy told me once the dent is in the body line PRD can't be done as there is a double up of metal at the body line...my poor car has to get fillers instead
Nice job. How long did it take you?
Shawn Hampton 4 hours
Dentless Touch how much u charge
Dentless Touch how much buddy I have a few small dents in my Range Rover
Who would give this artist a thumbs down. Great job looks fantastic
I like this guy.......always calm when thing don't go as planned. Easily the best PDR sensei.
Awesome job, Chris. I wouldn't complain about the edge. It was a nasty hit. You did what you could with what you've got to work with.
This is amazing...kind of like magic. Chris is a real artisan.

Thanks! I agree it was completely buff out before pick up... good eye!
Great job Chris. I have a bit of info to share. Use a D.A.(dual action)buffer to reduce the swirls when polishing post repair. Always use a foam pad after using a wool pad.👍
Thank you!!
Great work. Love your posts. I’m just a novice. But you’re a great help.

If you don't have access, could you drill an access hole for your tool in the door frame next to the latch mech then install a grommet afterwards?
Great job! I can see some swirls but a nice fine German polish would melt that away.

Chris I know what you mean about tight stretched metal on Honda . I did a 16 Accord rear quarter I thought no problem maybe 2 hrs . Turned into 4 . I don't like Honda's. I try to avoid them
Iam with you. There metal is strange
Honda's metal is usually easy. I work on a fair amount of them, but I'm not too familiar with a crz. Maybe the quarter was high strength steel? European cars are the worst. In Paticular German luxury. I charge more. Just my input for what it's worth. Thanks for the video
