One great thing of Roland's drums is the good and natural sound when mimicking various type acoustic drums and percussion, even on their entry level lineups. Cool !
I have listened to drum tones from many brands in the same price range. Including Carlsbro, Alesis, Yamaha, Donner, Thomann, Millennium series and other cheap Chinese made drums. None of them can capture Roland's voluminous acoustic realistic tones. With this model, Roland is suitable for both entry-level drummers and intermediate level drummers like me. He's doing his job. The materials are very high quality, the shelving system is rock solid and heavy, difficult to move. Although the module is entry level, I have been using the same model for 6 months, which has ready-made tones that can easily meet the expectations of rock metal and pop lovers, and I have never felt the need to switch to different tones. a computer. It made me very happy and I bought it at a very cheap price, second hand, clean and barely used.

@@ThaMobstarr Yes, but it's much more advanced (especially the TD-07 sound module), while the TD-1 is super limited & a discontinued product. Makes much more sense to "step up" one level in this case, kind regards!

This excellent recording convinced me to scoop up a used kit of this model in my area, and it's really delightful to play. As an experienced drummer who has had maybe 3 acoustic kits and one digital kit in the past that I needed to part with when I moved a few times, I was worried that this kit's sounds are not customizeable. So far, it has not been an issue, and feel of the kit is amazing compared to rubber pad digital drums. Thanks again for the excellent video!

Hi, the demo was recorded directly from the modules stereo headphone output indeed, and it actually has no onboard editing/fx for the kit sounds actually :) so how did you monitor the kit? Have you been using a good pair of stereo headphones? Kind regards
@@drumtecTV thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried with a decent pair of monitor headphones provided by the staff. Another Roland kit with a more expensive module sounded more like in this video. With kit 13 I thought I was going to get Rick rolled
So i can hook this kit up do an interface with an instrument cable to record?
First of all, I'm writing the spanish version after the English version, not sure which language I'm supposed to be writing in.
I bought my TD-1 V Drums 2 years or something ago, I have been wanting to use them with my computer, to record and stream but I have no idea how to do it, I've been asking friends and they also don't know how. So please help, tell me if I need a program or what, I have understanding that one needs to download a controler or something and the computer will recognise the drums but I don't know where to find said controller/plugin or whatever.
Hope you can help me,
Andrea.
Andrea.
can you connect this drum set to a drumsoftware like addictive drums or steven slate? and assign different drumk kits?
🥂HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020 🥂
Hey guys, I'm thinking to get this kit, I'm an intermediate drummer and I plan to use this kit to practice when I'm not able to do it on the acoustic kit due to noise issues, and also record songs using a daw, however, I recently noticed the td-07kv es very close on the price and apparently has some higher level features. Would you recommend spending a little bit more and get the td-07kv instead?
