Musically speaking, this is absolutely beautiful. It's unbelievable, really. You could arrange orchestral pieces or string quartets of their songs and people would be stunned.

When dropped to the acoustic I still get chills . a major issue with music in general (covering all genres) is the inability to properly finish a song , it's been going on forever either it gets stretched out an extra min or so repeating the "hook" or an abrupt end . Behemoth imo has always been able to finish the songs almost perfectly.

Not to be cringe, but I’m so happy I’ve delved into this band. Nergal really speaks to me and I like his satanic ideals and idea of freedom. His interview and helping me establish my piece of mind so so much.

Will never forget my first experience with Behemoth back in 2000! 😂😂 Was shopping at a local record store for extreme Black Metal with my daughter, them 2yrs old! She picked out a Behemoth cd, and I'd never heard of them, but trusted her judgement! Turned out to be great pick! 😂😂 Some of the greatest bands are Polish Black/Death metal in general. I think something to do with being under Russian ussr rule for so long back in the day! 😂😂 Created some beautiful stuff!

you get used to it. I understand him 90% ...plus you need to read a lot of Theology, especially Catholicism as he was around it in Poland, main religion. Plus he is very intelligent. My family from border Poland/Belarus is Brest(both Grandmothers were Catholic ) mind u Grandpa was into LHP more like Nergal. so odd mix! lol... Catholic is great though for rituals, symbolism and creepy effects lol got the Exocists after all. ;)

1. There is no such thing as an entity by the name of 'satan'.
2. Satan is a title or a label given to someone or something. And it means opponent, adversary, enemy.
3. Religion is an organised syndicate created to keep people such as yourself, subdued, oppressed submissive and under control through means of fear. Fear of a non existent deity/deities who supposedly love you and will no sooner throw you into hell and burn and torment you for eternity if you don't love and believe in them just because a man made book says so.
4. Nergal in interviews has stated that he is not a satanist. He is creating art and speaking out his feelings and those of others in his music.
5. Just because he makes black metal does not mean that he is a satanist. In much the same way as if you lived in a garage, it does not mean that you are a mechanic or a car.
6. Nergal is a musician. An artist. A creator. A teacher. A philosopher. And very talented.
Rather listen to the lyrics of the music and understand what he and others are speaking out.

I'll tell you why - funny story: I saw an Instagram story once of Behemoth doing meet and greets and one of the fans was dressed like Kratos with the white paint and red streak. Nergal looked at him and said, "Braveheart?" and the whole crowd laughed, and Nergal just smiled and shrugged. But that reminded me of Cronos as well when I saw that! Glad I wasn't the only one who thought that.
