Im a shs student planning to be fa but i think its the right way to act during emergency evacuation because your about to make the passengers catch their attention over their panics at the same time you need to make them act faster to evacuate the air craft
Please take into consideration that some flights fly with short staff compliment for one reason and the other putting extra stress and workload on the crew.Just imagine if there are only 12 cabin crew for the entire 747-400 with full passenger capacity which is more than 300 people.Please have that in mind when you board a plane and when you complain about the small things in life.
At tama naman yung sosyal pero jologs para naman masaya yung flight, kaya nga mas prefer ko pang mag travel sa Cebu Pacific sa Intra-Asia travels kase mas masayang kasama ang kanilang mga flight attendants, kase may games, trivia questions and so on at may prizes pah, haha^^ saya!

FYI to all: Philippine Airlines is Asia's First Airliner and is flown by World's most Experienced Crews, The course taken by the crews is twice than any other airliner thus making them the most experienced crews, I am a Mabuhay Member, I always fly with PAL especially domestic and fly International with my parents who works overseas, we always fly PAL and it is one of the Best Flight than the rest of the Airliners, I think your just saying that because you haven't rode on a PAL flight before
took a Malaysian AirLines flight from NY via Stockholm to Manila..FA's were respectful smart and very attentive to the needs of the passengers..GREAT food too..really a BIG difference compared to PAL..no wonder PAL is losing their customers to other airlines! won't be surprised if they'll totally plunge into BANKRUPTCY !!!

Bakit naka cover all sa emergency drill. Dapat yong actual uniform pa rin para feel yong tunay na sitwasyon. Mukhang dependable tong mga to. Di tulad noong mga crew ng Barko na Filipina Princess di alam ang ginagawa noong nag ka emergency.

pretty and sexy...??? hmmm..well maybe so, among Phil aircarriers.If they only smiled like they do in this video, or be more service-oriented, it would compensate. but you should have seen PAL´s FAs in the 60s. they were really,really glamorous. I was really impressed on my 1st flight, I was 5. and they treated you like VIPs then. now they treat you like a herd on its way to slaughter; half your clothes off and can´t even bring a darned 100 ml. perfume. glamourous flying days are over.
Sorry, but some PAL flight attendants are too dainty for the job they do, especially when it comes to cleaning up. A flight attendant was walking down the aisle to collect trash right after breakfast, I handed over a left over piece of cake WRAPPED in its packaging, but she did not hold it securely because she did not want to touch it, so it fell on the floor. She bent down to pick it up but she still couldn't get a secure hold of it, and she made me pick it up for her.
That is sooooo sad. Do you think they'd hire you , Yeah, you, the way you look? BE HONEST TO YOURSELF. I personally look for excellent service rather than looks. Bago ka mag illusion, Ikaw, maganda ka ba? Baka kahit lavandera di ka pumasa. Cheers !!!

I am sorry, we don't clean lavatories and mop floors. That's the abuse they go through with asian carriers. I am thankful we're FA's of US carriers. But still Goodluck to the asian Crews.
I have to say tama ka, pero sa PAL na 747 may 400+ na tao at may 17+ na crew so may 400+ na call buttons kada pasahero, so can you serve 400+ na tao from First,Mabuhay, & Fiesta Class all in one? if you want to be treated right you have to look genuine foreigner not just a pinoy citizen abroad , this is no exageration this people only care about the uniform, look glamorous & make money thats all. Emergency drill was OA. When you act and behave that way, your passengers would panic!
