Great tips, I would a tip for a spa like bath: be sure to remove ALL items off the bathroom floor: the wastebasket, bath mats, toilet plungers/scourers, toilet paper holders, anything & everything off the floor.

I am a new youtuber as well. I am in the process of doing a staging for a new built. I agree with the 1st. comment. Never use a table for a bed. I like how calm and clear your voice/ descriptions are....I struggle with that. I am a little all over the place. I will follow your journey. Best of luck.

NO! Do NOT use tables as beds! That does not elevate the valuation of a property nor make someone want to throw themselves onto the bed in the primary bedroom!

Nobody is going to throw himself or herself onto the master bed??? Plus the narrator was talking about a twin, not a king in the master.
