God says he will not break a bruised reed. He also says if you come to Him he will not deny you. Don't let Satan deceive you by telling you you aren't saved. We all fall short and no one is perfect but, Jesus. We just have to ask forgiveness and move on. Renew ourselves in a daily basis. I'm trying to root myself in the word daily. I'm only 30 and lived a life of crime and had drug addict parents grew up in a gang and God saved me but when you grow up like that from a child it's a lifelong effort to repent and fully change your life. It's a sanctification process. Not an overnight thing. But I am really trying now. It's hard in this day and age. I ask God to put me in a place where it will be easier to repent and to give me a peace of land and a log cabin home where I can stay out of the world and grow my own food and stay away from worldly things build my faith root myself in the world then go back out to be a phisher of men. This world does not allow you to repent or not be influenced that's why God said not to be like the world. To not be of the world or love the world or the things of this world. But we rely on it to survive.

I believe I know exactly what you are talking about. I went through the same situation. I would say be very cautious on following feeling instead of knowing. The flesh is feeling. Continue praying and reading the Bible daily. Grow your relationship.
To Born Again Christians who started out strong but quenched the Spirit through willful sin and felt weakened and lost the Spirits manifestations, who eventually overcame and got back on fire for Jesus, how did you do it? I violated my conscience and shipwrecked my faith. Now I no longer hear the Holy Spirit, I have no peace I had to leave college for a bit because I legit felt like I was dying and I felt weak and sick. I lost my Spiritual sight and now only see this dark fallen world. I believe I committed Hebrews 6:4-6. Honestly the only thing we can do is just throw ourselves to the floor and beg Christ for mercy. I've been in this rut for almost 2 months now. I was revealed a lot of light and saw the Kinhdom of God, but due to my disobedience I'm back under the Genesis curse.

I got a summer job at this acai bowl place and would normally just make myself a bowl and eat it for lunch. The Holy Spirit then began convicting me of this sin and telling me to start paying for my bowls Beaufort taking them and I continued to rebel until I literally felt the Spirit depart from me and peace was literally ripped out of my heart. The world which looked like the Garden of Eden was swept away by darkness and now I only see this dark fallen world. The day thus happened I legit felt life and Light leave my body and when I got back to my dorm to wash my face in the bathroom mirror I saw my eyes and hair flicking on and off from Gold to Black like a lamp going out that was the day I died Spiritualluly. Great Title kind Sir...But WHEN will the typical Christian understand that...(Sorry for the extremely long "comment". But I do believe it NEEDS to be espoused)
When God (who IS Jesus) manifested "IN the flesh" came on this earth; many things changed, forever. But one of the most important things that changed; was the old Baptism!
Like John the Baptist; telling us there would be "different" Baptism. But NOT of liquid water; like he was in. Rather: a "Spiritual Baptism" straight from Heaven. Yet, it can't be seen, heard, tasted, smelled or felt. But OH how a power, from Jesus, in a micro-second.
1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh (Jesus), justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water (liquid) unto repentance (confessing our sins): but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit (Spiritual Water), and with fire (Heavenly Power).
John 4:13 Jesus answered and said unto her (Samaritan lady at the Well), Whosoever drinketh of this (liquid) water shall thirst again: John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the (Spiritual) Water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water from the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
And the Greatest change was: the name of God was changed* to "Yeshua" (in Hebrew, but Jesus in English). AND....the MOST important thing ANY one could ever do; is to believe IN Jesus (Through Faith ONLY-NO works!); For He is the one that created ALL of the commandments. And whatever the Holy Spirit urges us to do; IS "works" Galore!
That NO Hebrew EVER did! Praise Jesus Holy Name...But BEWARE...For the least Faith we exude the more Jesus will punish us; ALL though out our lives on earth.
But, the more our Faith IN Jesus; the MORE the Holy Spirit; will "Guide, Lead and Direct" us to obeying ALL of the commandments; Whether we remember them or not. Because Jesus IS LAW quintessential. This means: that the old obeying method; is no longer needed. And our lives will be more joyful, happiness and peace, etc. Praise Jesus' Holy Name.
Sadly, MOST Christians has never understood that New "Law" (so to speak). That will take us to a New Earth (on Judgment Day), a New Heaven, a New Jerusalem, a New Holy Temple (but NOT of the hands of man).
And Jesus will give ALL Born Again's a New Body, a New Name and a NEW life. AKA: "Everlasting Life!...
...In any case Brethren, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!

Sad, but OH so true. May Jesus have mercy on them on Judgment Day (He Won't! Sadly). For there are NO others on earth (from Creation) that disobeyed God's laws; more than them! Believe it or not!.
And why He almost annihilated them twice. Rather; He repented each time; because of His quintessential love for every one. Praise His Holy Name.
