Only when you will do research about the history of each and every surgery that today are performed with success (from stomach to uterus, from eye to ear, from liver to spleen, from brain to foot) you will learn the dark history behind it, how many patients were taken as test subjects, how many died, how many were treated as lab rats..when you will do more research, you will know that this is how each and every surgery were invented.

This is how cancers are treated, this is how stones are removed. We only discuss more about the surgeries that failed horribly. But no surgeons/doctors are sure if their procedures can bring 100 percent success without clinical trial.

I do understand what are you trying to convey but even if clinical trials are needed to find out more about the procedure, the risk involved should always be considered. Rather than directly conducting trials on humans it should be conducted on other alternatives then should be conducted in a dead body(only if it is possible) so that when it's actually being done on living humans surgeon would have way more experienced than just randomly figuring out the technique.
Yes you are absolutely right, even surgery in itself is quite risky and very complicated but also necessary. Having a quality life it's a kind of gambling for some it's boon for some it's fatal

It just doesn't mean that they need this kind of brutal and complex surgery if there's any person who have abnormal behavior which is not only harmful for others but also for him so it can be treated with therapies , meditation , travel and with lot of thing except any practical operation ... brain is not something ...which you can play with it... it's the most significance part of our body .... my aspect lobotomy is totally wrong!!!

Right now, we might think lobotomy is senseless but at that time, it was the 'newest discovery'. I mean, every era witnesses new discoveries. We have no choice but to believe in them in order to have a chance at life. A few decades later, many new surgeries will evolve and people will say how terrifying our surgeries are when they look back at time. It's just a never ending saga.
